Fluent is nothing more than sleezy salesmen. They will do everything they can to get your system installed then never answer again. They will forget to mention you are in a contract until after your equipment is installed. We paid CASH for our equipment so we did not have to have a contract, AFTER he installed everything, they presented me with a contract and would not leave until I signed. The equipment does not work, I have a sensor in the garage in that just sets off the alarm. I called that night of install, no answer, called in the morning. 10 days later someone "fixed it" but it was NOT fixed. Since then I have expired the date to cancel the contract. I have called over and over, scheduled people to come fix it, sent emails, no one shows up and no one returns my call. I am now trying to cancel and return the equipment so I can at lwast get my money back, before the 90 days. I will still have to pay the contract, I assume. I dont know for sure because I can not get ahold of anyone. Today I have been on hold for 47 minutes so far, as I write this revieve. Do not use Fluent.

"Terrible company"
I have been a Fluent customer for many years now, and I have nothing but issues with them and their systems. My main frustration is their billing department after my first 3 years I was eligible to either have a system upgrade or my monthly bill reduced. I elected for a reduced bill and this did not take place for over a year. I had many calls with them to get this resolved and they kept saying they submitted a request to their billing department which is a 3rd party and nothing was ever done about this. When it finally was reduced they offered no retroaction pay even though this was their fault not mine and was overcharged for more than a year! I have now finally came to an end of my contract and couldn't cancel fast enough. Even though it takes up to 30 days to cancel a contract?!! I really hope they do not keep charging me as I can not get rid of this company fast enough

"no Cancellation SCAM"
Has anyone successfully been able to cancel and confirm that the money no longer gets taken out of their account? My elderly family members are being scammed by Fluent as they won’t stop taking money out of their account even though they sent in cancellation, sent many emails, spent hours on the phone to be told someone would call them back but never do. Then get threatened their credit rating is going to be impacted. Do not sign up as you can’t get out. They are now taking them to court to try to stop the payments as they are left with no other choice. How sad.

Worst customer service ever. Wasted countless hours on hold. Looking to upgrade my system. Have left voice messages, with no call back. So I decided I wanted to cancel my services. I was then given a direct number to call. Where you listen to elevator music. For more countless hours, with no intention of answering my call.

A big thank you to Juliet at the technical service who was able to respond very professionally and quickly to my camera problem, in less than 12 hours I received the parts to complete the installation of my system in less time than I thought with great knowledge, patience and unparalleled courtesy, so thank you again Juliet. Your company is lucky to have someone like you. Well done.

"Wow this has is the worst customer service"
Wow this has to be the worst security company. the customer service is bad, they do not fulfill their end of the agreement. My system crashed in 2022 I reached out and no one followed up. No courtesy call asking if there was an issue with my system as they could monitor it as my control was fried. I tried calling and finally I decided to goto another company. I asked FLUENT for a buy out amount took them forever so I said whatever and paid for my new service and FLUENTS monthly charges. and then out of the blue I get a message that they were having trouble pulling moneybout of my account. I inquired as to why they stated insufficient funds which was a crock as I get paycheck every week. So called them again asked for by out they provided it, I called to pay it and was on hold for at least in total 7 days 24hrs, and when I finally reached a human I was told for 3 weeks in a row that there system was down and they could not access accounts. I called back explained my situation to someone said they will get back to me in 72 hrs 3 weeks later I called back again said pleas just write this amount off for all my troubles and the response was how do you wish to pay online or cheque's. So now I am reaching out to the media and telling my story of the worst customer service I have ever received.

i have a broken system and they wont fix it im on contract with them and it stats they are responsible for 60 months to fix or replace they want to charge me money to upgrade stay away brutal company still waiting for a manager to call me back its been a month

Fluent home security is a terrible to deal with. If you cancel or unsubscribe from them they will continue to take your money if you’re not aware of it.
