Use any other security company but this one.

Have had issues with their quipment since day 1. Very difficult to get in contact with customer service and they don't return calls.
There are much better security options out there.

"Do not recommend this company they said…"

Do not recommend this company they said it was a month to month next thing im paying for 5 years. And can't cancel it because I will owe over 1000 dollars to cancel them. They stuff doesn't work and I only have the doorbell and door alarm. Very ugly company

Fluent was doing fine when I started with the company until such time when you call customer service it takes ages to contact them. 111 minutes wait time!!!!

"Good Luck Terminating Your Service"

I have been a Fluent customer for several years and had no feedback good or bad until I tried to cancel my service and account. Suffice it to say, this has been an ordeal. I sent them the written notice on May 6 and received an email saying that I would receive a Cancellation Confirmation letter via postal mail. It is now June 18 and I have not received it. I have called numerous times, spoken to at least 4 different reps, emailed with two, spent untold hours on hold, dealt with multiple dropped calls (both before and after being connected to a rep) and tried countless tears of frustration - and my damn account is still not canceled, even though my panel has not been operational for a couple of months. I regret ever opening the door to their rep.

"This company is the worst"

This company is the worst. Their Systems does not work most if the time and their customers service is awful. I had issues with this company since this was installed When I asked please cancel my service almost 4-5 months gone but they never cancel my service I am totally sick with this company

"Sales rep pretended to be from my current security company …"

Had the same Fluent rep come to my house twice today. The first time he told me he was from the security company I am currently using (not Fluent) and tried to get information about what type of equipment I had. This was the first redflag as if he really was from our current security company he would have that information....He claimed that with our current security company, they had a rebate for being a client for 5+ years....

He also said that they replace the batteries for every device we have for FREE, about every 5 years because that's how long they last.... This was another redflag because we replace the batteries every year or so depending on the device. He wouldn't identify himself so I don't know his name. It seemed super sketchy to me so to get rid of him I told him he would need to talk to my husband and he wouldn't be home until later.

Immediately after he had left I had reported him to the police as I believed he was one of the scammers going around.

He came back this evening and talked to my husband, again, saying he was from our current security company. My husband pulled out his phone to bring up our security companies website getting prepared to try and confirm the guys identity when he instantly panicked asking if my husband was recording him.

My husband told him that he was pulling up the website and asked him for identification and when it didn't go through our security system's website my husband told him that he couldn't verify who he was, therefore he was not coming inside our house.

The sales rep then told him that it wasn't working because he was from Fluent (not our current security company) and showed him his identification.

My husband then told him that if he's from another company then there was no need to discuss anything further because we're good with our current security company.

I have video and photos of him thanks to our security camera. Why pretend that you are from a different security company than you are actually from???? This whole situation was extremely sketchy and unprofessional.
Not impressed at all and I will never sign up for your security company nor would I ever recommend you.

I am sick of tired I have them hook up next day finding costing $600 a month and I called get there shi***t outta my house I took it down put it back in box next day been a week for them close my account still not close I want them close it before taking my money I stop payments too my bank they so rude… never again they sucker me in it

"This company is the worst"

This company is the worst. Their Systems does not work most if the time and their customers service is awful. I had issues with this company since this was installed in my home. When I call in for tech support you be on hold for the longest to only get a rep that can log the call and take down a time and date for them to call you back. Then when you get your call back it is not at the time and date you gave them so not home to trouble shoot. Give them a new date and time you may or may not get that call back then. The system goes offline at least 4 times a month. I don't even call anymore I just reboot the system. And this is not due to my internet connection because everything else in my home stays connected with no problem and upload and download speeds are great. Tech came out to my home told him there was a 3+ minute delayed response in my doorbell notification. He fixed it test it and it worked a week later it is back to a 3+ min delay. Had the system for 3 years called to canceled was told someone will call me back and to give them 5 business days. It has been 8 days still haven't heard from no one.

"I was so impressed with Mark the…"

I was so impressed with Mark the salesman and Yuki our local Technician who installed the equipment . I cant say enough about these two the bonus is i am happy with the products i signed up for . I hope Fluent the company truely appreciates these gentlemen great job highly recommend
