"FLUENT IS UNRELIABLE"

Fluent does not do as they say they are going to do! I have contacted Fluent on numerous occasions to cancel a contract at my former address and have a new contract at my new address. The sales rep stated my services were canceled at the old address and a new agreement would be started. Boy oh boy was I crazy for believing that it was canceled. I have spent several attempts trying to get the contract at my former address canceled to the point where I want the services canceled at my new address. I have been getting billed for both addresses since April (the old contract should have been cancelled when the service at the new address was canceled). I have written letters as I was directed and emailed it to them. No one ever contacted me after the rep advised me the Resolutions team would get back to me the same day or the following day! I contacted them again only to find out that it still wasn’t canceled and I wouldn’t be receiving a refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FLUENT SECURITY TO ANYONE as if I cannot get a return call for a service issue why would I TRUST THEM to protect my family or belongings. They do not follow through with what they say they are going to do. 6 months later, I am still waiting on a signed contract they say they are going to email one day. The next rep says they cannot email it but they will mail it. Called back and spoke to someone else they cannot email it due to security, but will mail it. At this point o am not sure if they even have a contract on file for me.

"Theft in their areas after canvassing"

Has anyone had theft in their areas after sales guy came around? A day after door to door at neighbours my sea doo on trailer was stole from my driveway. My bad i realize and my loss but shady character was asking a lot of questions to my neighbour's about the neighborhood. I was away for a few days so missed the weiner and now I miss my sea doo.
Anyone else hear of such events after sales canvassing?

"I'm so livid with these guys I asked…"

I'm so livid with these guys I asked for a call back months ago still never got it and they never came out to fix the wiring. The battery in the panel is buldging out which is Dangerous to my family. They said they would ship a new battery out but we had to pay for the shipping. And they never once told us the shipping fee would come out of our bank account and it went nsf so on top of the fee we have to pay 45 for the nsf fee they need to communicate better and tell us things. We are going to find out how much to buy it out and we are canceling it never again going to deal with fluent home

Fluent is very poor viewer I've been trying to contact but no answer.i want to cancel everything even the ones I cosigned for very poor cameras csnt see anything motion sensors suck big time anyone take them to court cause cancelling is $1000.00 each that's outrageous

"FRAUD ALERT! STAY AWAY!"

A Fluent Homes rep knocked on my door claiming they had bought out my existing provider and was there to swap out the equipment....TOTAL LIES!!! I know because my security company was at the house earlier in the week to fix a window alarm. They were trying to jack up my bill $20 a month!

This idiot wouldnt take NO for an answer until I finally told him I KNOW YOUR LYING!! Even then he was pushy. The whole experience was so upsetting that I talked to a lawyer friend. He did some digging and found out Fluent Homes is being sued in Utah for giving their customer data to a convicted felon!! As in thousands of customer accounts, including bank info. This criminal used to be the CEO and went to prison for bank fraud!!! I am thinking about a complaint with Consumer Protection.

"If I could provide a one star review to…"

If I could provide a one star review to this company I would. In face if I could provide a -99 star review to them I would do so 100%

My mom, a 70+ senior was coerced to take more service and product then she needed or could afford. When she told them that she didn't need the services they were trying to sell her they ignored her and pressured her into taking on more.

When presented with a piece of paper that absolves them of all this, she had two young men in her house (a small house in a small town where everyone knows you) convincing her to sign. The paper says that if she doesn't understand whats being sold or if she wants someone in her family to help, that she can say so.

Tell me what would your mother do if she lived alone and had two strangers more then 30 years younger then her talking her up to sign a piece this paper.

Then, after my mother had a serious cardiac event and my father died, they say they were sorry about the circumstances but would make no compassionate measures to help my mom with the remainder of her contract.

These people are the most predatory security company on the planet.

"Ran Credit acheck without consent"

There was a guy promoting Fluent who ran a credit check without my consent. Iwas trying to rebuild my credit and then I was hit by this.

Don't entertain those going door to door.

"Fluent Home steals money"

I have been trying to cancel my account with Fluent for weeks. I have requested the cancellation by phone and by email. I've been told three times that "someone will be looking at it" to no avail. I've sent all proper documentation and they continue to ignore my request.

I am not under a contract with fluent, I am a month-to-month customer, meaning I can cancel at anytime. Fluent took money out of my account after I requested my service be cancelled and after a Fluent rep told me my account would be cancelled that day. This is theft as they are no longer providing me with a service. Now I am being told they have to wait 30 days to cancel my account, yet that is nowhere to be seen in their policy.
