"Shocking performance"

Shocking performance! Ordered patio cleaning solution, showed in stock and then got an e-mail stating 'having trouble with supplier', so clearly not in stock. 3 weeks on, still trying to get a refund. Woeful, at best!

Put an Oder in on the 12th of June! Now the 30th July and still not got my goods . Phoned 5 times now and they still can’t give me a date , on their site says 3-5 days , this is not the case !!!!
More like weeks or months. They take your money when they don’t have the goods. They keep telling me that I am top of the list and they have a haulage issue as 1went bust . This must be a load of lies !!!!!!

"no customer service"

I ordered some slabs on 14th July, they took the money from my account straight away, it's now 27th July and not received my order. I have tried contacting them via on-line chat, they state that on average you will receive a reply within 25 minutes, absolute rubbish, no reply at all and they also don't answer the phone either. I'm not sure there's any customer service at all. Will certainly never use this company again.

I ordered some paving stones on 16th June, however due to the ridiculous delivery time scales I ended up cancelling the order over the phone having never received the goods on the 30th June. I was informed a full refund would take 14 days approximately and as of the 25th July I have received nothing. I have tried ringing and email but nothing seems to succeed. Be extremely careful using this company

"Appalling service -beware"

Appalling service, I reported breakages with pictures as requested nearly 3 weeks ago. Despite a reminder email to them I still have had no reply
Beware if you are thinking of using them.


Supposedly they have emailed me but no emails , quick to take money , slow to deliver and then no response time and time ago ..

"6 Weeks on and still waiting…."

I ordered my paving the beginning of June and I’m still waiting for the delivery or a response from the company.

The advert states delivery in 2-4 working days. Having read recent reviews this hasn’t been the case for many people and I’m beginning to think this is a scam.

Do not use, I’m out of pocket with an unfinished garden and no sign of my money being returned.



UPDATE….. despite their quick response on here, I am still waiting.
I have cancelled my order and was informed via email the refund will take up to 14 days. This hasn’t happened either.
Now they aren’t responding to my emails. Awful company and I will take this further.

"Service diabolical"

Service diabolical, website says delivery within 5,7 working days,I ordered on 22nd June still waiting on 13th July,poor service, wouldn't recommend, go elsewhere, you cannot rely on these to deliver on time,we are a professional pave laying company, extremely busy,been let down by a poorly organised outfit!!!

I would seriously consider not using this company. I ordered and was told 5-7 day delivery. 10 days later still no slabs and upon enquiry was told it would be with me by the end of the week. End of the week comes and no slabs. Then I was told they didnt know when they would be in stock. Why advertise 5-7 days if you have no stock??? I cancelled my order and was told i would get a refund in 14 days. 3 months later and after much chasing I finally started section 75 claim against them to get my money back.
