"Sticker, not case"

Ordered a case, received a sticker... Hmmm, well I don't know, my English isn't very good. But case and sticker isn't the same, is it?

As the support correctly answers, I now notice, that there are two types. So it's my fault, I didn't notice before.
What I still criticize is, that you hardly notice, that there are different products.

I ordered a Taupe Marble Macbook Pro case but I received the wrong one. When I asked for the correct one to be redelivered they had the nerve to ask me to send the wrong one back at a very high cost of delivery. I said I was not going to pay more and they finally sent me the "correct" one. To my surprise, the case was again incorrect! I sent an email and they asked again the same request. After having an argument, they said I could choose another case so that's what I did. It took 3 months of dispute and I could not get the case I originally wanted!

Very disappointing... I will not use this website again in the future.

"Great but problems"

Good quality and great designs but only for apple products. It would be better if they could also use brands such as lenovo, Samsung, hp and huawei. Then it would suit everyone's phone/laptop needs.

Disappointed with my case, it does not fit correctly and their customer service is horrible. They will not refund or return my emails.

Lovely MacBook case. I am in love with my laptop again. The case is bright and very light. Perfectly fits the mac. The price is bit higher, but it definitely worth the purchase.

Real Tough man! I dropped my iPhone last week so badly and was surprised to see there was no sign of damage at all. Cant agree more with their drop test.It really works. You gotta get this, if you are like me who always drop his phone :D

***Update: My mac slipped from my hand, the case cracked a bit on the edge but fortunate enough no sign of damage on the laptop itself.
