"The worst customer service! Ridiculous shipping costs. Do not waste your time."

The worst customer service! I ordered a case package which includes a Mac case, keypad protector and leather zip bag, and also ordered a accessory bag. After receiving my order after approximately a few weeks, I found out the order want even fulfilled correctly. I only received the case and accessory bag without the keypad and leather zip bag. I contacted them to tell them those items were not included and the best they could give me was a voucher for another case package and 50% off. I still haven’t seen the voucher and they weren’t clear about shipping. Apparently it does cover shipping but I don’t trust it till I receive the voucher or some communication about what they’re doing. They charge ridiculous amounts ($42 USD for me) for shipping if you don’t spend over $100 USD. Even with the voucher and discount I still have to spend over $100 to get free shipping but apparently the discount code covers shipping, I won’t believe it till I see it. I certainly am upset with this service. It’s almost a scam. Will never buy from them again. Take forever to reply.

This is the second time I’ve ordered a MacBook cover and matching phone case for my daughter for the new school year. Quality is great and design choices are nice! These cases are really great to protect expensive phones and macbooks from clumsy teenagers. Its a good investment

I was very happy with the products I received. A MacBook cover, screen protector and keypad cover. Items were just as described . Customer Service is wonderful . They answer all your questions politely and are very helpful . Shipping is also faster than I expected. I highly recommend them to my friends and colleagues!

"Probably a scam."

It’s been 15 days since my order and I still haven’t received my case! I emailed them 3 days ago and they never replied so I emailed them again today (still waiting for a reply). And then Shop tracking app they told me to use to track, the order status is still on “Order Placed.” This is so frustrating!

Edit: I haven’t gotten my tracking number but I ordered the Rose Eden case on July 6.

I took a chance ordering this case since it was from a company I had never heard of before that I just happened to stumble upon because of an Instagram ad. I am so glad that I did because I absolutely adore this case! The design is so cute and I get compliments all the time! I highly recommend these cases, I am obsessed! I really love the case and how high quality it feels. I do wish shipping was faster, but it’s understandable because of the pandemic situation. So I can’t complain!

I love the variety of cases they have! I tend to drop my phone all the time and so far there is no damage to my phone! Although there are a few scratches on my case, I still love it and it still feels very durable. Hopefully buying a 2nd case very soon, I just saw their new prints and they look cool!

I ordered the Macbook Sleeve Package in Nude Glitter on the 14th June 2020. It's now been 2 weeks since today is 27th June. I still have not receive any email updates on shipping, only an order confirmation.

There was no tracking number provided, so I also can't view where my parcel is.

I'm waiting for their response, or to at least provide me with some shipment status information...

My order came in today and I am so pleased! The glitter marble print looks so real and very bright/vivid! The quality looks good too and the case feels sturdy. I had to push it a bit hard to make sure it fits properly on my macbook, but once it's on I can tell it's not going to fall off or scratch the surface of my macbook. 
I paid express for the delivery of my package because I want to make sure I get it on time and it was delivered on time. I appreciate the emails they sent to update me about the status of my package and when it was shipped out.
