"Receive a case which looked NOTHING…"
Receive a case which looked NOTHING like the case on their site. Got no response from their customer service. Finally filed a complaint with Paypal, but the return shipping costs more than the case itself. I feel absolutely ripped off. Never use this company, they are deceitful and unresponsive. The cases look really cool on their site, but the cases in person look NOTHING alike. Would give zero stars if I could.
Update: They replied but have still done nothing to make this right. I sent them the order information and they haven't even reached out to me.

"Love my cases!"
I read some reviews and post about their macbook cases and they really look nice on the photos, so I decided to buy one for my new mac. I initially ordered the wrong size, good thing I read their email which was sent after I made the purchase. I emailed them and they were able to help me identify my mac’s model# and they automatically updated my order.
I’m also able to update the status of my package on the tracking link they sent so I didn’t have to worry or keep emailing them. The package arrived, it was packaged securely and looks as great as the photos I saw. The cases are now installed on my mac and iphone and i love it! Really happy with my purchase so I want to share my review. Thanks Slick Case!

"Beautiful cover look, but bad bad quality"
Bought a new cover for my MacBook Retina 2019. The case looks beautiful, but the quality is not so good. Nothing happened with the case and I only use my laptop at home on my desk. After I attached the cover to my macbook I did not take it off again. A few weeks later pieces of the cover at the top broke off and now a few months later it's already broken in more places than just one, also at the bottom of the cover. Not very happy with it.

"Surprised with the quality of my custom MacBook case!"
This is my 2nd purchase from Slick Case, and I'm very happy with this custom photo case. I have a marble MacBook case from 2 years ago, (still in great condition) and decided to order a custom photo MacBook case for my Mom after seeing their latest template designs. The case arrived within 2 weeks & was printed with good quality (our travel photos look great!). The designed templates are very good-looking and creating a custom design was very easy.
A little hiccup during the process was that I had too much fun playing around the custom design and I forgot to choose the correct model number. Couldn't find that info in the order confirmation email either so I had to reach out to customer service. Thankfully they were extremely helpful and I got the correct MacBook case!
My case actually arrived a lot earlier than I expected (given the current pandemic situation, I am mentally prepared for shipping delays whenever I order something from a foreign country), customer service was polite and helpful, and overall this is another happy purchase from Slick Case. I loved my 1st case, Mom likes hers, and I'm glad to support a brand in critical times.

"Not recommended."
After waiting for four months for the cases to arrive and after having to pay a considerable amount of money for the custom tax (it was shipped to Belgium), the case finally arrived yesterday... I put it on my Mac and from second ONE the painting already started to fall from the corners... I am very frustrated. I would almost get over the months of waiting and the custom tax, but all that money for a case that will barely last a month (if I am lucky), is definitely not worth it. Sorry, but would not recommend it to anyone.

I believe that sharing our honest experience is the only way to protect us, the consumers .Thus I will share my bad experience regarding this website. I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE, PARTICULARLY THOSE WHO LIVE IN EUROPE to avoid buying from this website for the following reasons:
1. We ordered two cases from this website on the 10th of February 2020 however the cases arrived today , 15th May 2020. Four months after my payment. I know that they will say that this is because of the pandemic, however the company has a duty to inform the clients, who had paid for this product regarding regarding their products.
2. HIGH ALERD FOR EUROPEANS: I HAD TO PAY 45,53 EURO TO THE CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES IN BELGIUM AS A CUSTOMS TAX. Imagine I had already paid 75 dollars for this 2 cases however, I paid an extra amount of 45,53 EURO. The company seems to intentionally tried to hide this information from the clients. Due to the fact that the items came from a non-EU country , from Hong Kong, the country will impost an extra customs fees. SO IN ORDER TO GET YOUR PAID ITEMS YOU WILL NEED TO PAY AN EXTRA AMOUNT TO YOUR TAX AUTHORITIES.
3. Lastly but not least the cases are extremely low quality. After four months of waiting, the cases are already falling apart. The plastics of the corners in both cases are a bite broken and the cover painting is falling apart. YES , THE COVER PAINTING IS FALLING APART FROM THE DAY 1 THAT IT ARRIVED. Is not only broken in 1 of the sides but also the cover that supposed to be the cover background that i paid for it has already fallen in some parts of the cover. UNBELIEVABLE.
PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE THE MANY FAKE NEWS THAT THEY ARE ON THEIR WEBSITE OR HERE.

"PLEASE TELL ME MY ORDER IS ON ITS WAY"
This isnt really a review but i ordered a bundle 9 days ago and if said it should be here in 4-9 days. But i havent even gotten a shipment conformation yet. I am really upset seeing these bad reviews because i feel like this isnt legit. My daughter has been crying because it basnt arrived yet. "DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!"
I ordered a mac and phone case bundle from this website on the 20th March, and I received a confirmation on the same day. On the 2nd April, I sent Slick Case Support an email to say I haven’t received any shipping confirmation. I got two replies; one saying there’s a high volume of orders, and another saying due to Covid-19 my order had been cancelled and I would be fully refunded in 7-14 business days, and that I would receive a notification when this was done. I patiently waited another 14 business days and I still didn’t have my money back. I sent them another email asking where my money was, and I was told that my order was still being processed, but it would take a while for it to be received. I replied saying that I didn’t cancel the order, the company did and I still want a refund. They replied saying it would take another 5-10 business days for me to get my money back.
My whole experience feels like a scam and I would not recommend anyone to buy from this company!!

"Not usually one to write bad reviews but..."
I placed my order the 29th of February, it didn’t actually “ship” until the 20th of March. It is now the 20th of April and still no package. my tracking is stuck in Hong Kong, and when I reached out (twice) the solution to this horrible experience was a coupon for my next order and if I wanted it sooner I could pay an extra $25 to have a new package express shipped to me instead. If I’ve been waiting for almost 2 months why do I need to pay an extra fee to get my package sooner?? I will not be purchasing from them again regardless of how good the case is IF I ever even get it. Unbelievable.

"Cool designs...BUT..."
They have cool designs. However, one case I bought was off a little and it took forever for them to resolve the issue and send a replacement. I had to keep sending emails photos of the issue over and over. Plus, the shipping always takes FOREVER!!!! I have ordered 3 cases from them and the last case taking so long to resolve left a bad feeling of ordering with them again. Just some thoughts to keep in mind.
