This company is a scam. I paid extra for fast shipping so I could get my order ASAP since I got a new computer. A week later I got an email that there was a “delay.”

I asked for a refund. They offered me “free gifts” if I didn’t refund. I said no, I want a refund. They offered to pay back half of the money I paid for expedited shipping (what a load of bs!!). I said NO I want a refund. They said okay, they would process a refund in 7-10 days.

Now nearly a month later I’m getting a notification my order has shipped!!!! What nonsense. I’m calling my bank.

I have been trying to exchange a mac book case for 6 weeks now. I returned the case to the company and paid an extra shipping charge for the exchanged product and yet my case has still not been shipped. I have contacted the company on numerous occasions and each time I am told it will be shipped within 3-5 days and still no shipping notice!! The shipment isn't even overseas as I am also in Hong Kong.
I would think twice before trying to exchange an item with this company. This was a present for my daughter, so unfair.
We are still waiting........

I got my first Macbook case from Slick Case few months ago. The case is amazing and it takes seconds to fit! I love the design and great quality! The design is not fading and resistant to scratches. I am definitely getting another case as I am in love with all of designes, which are not available anywhere else. I totally recommend Slick Case if you need a product that will last you ages and is also a perfect gift!
