"Terrible customer service"

Terrible customer service. Case didn’t fit at all. I’ve been going around and around with them for two months for a refund

First they asked for pictures and I sent
They offered to replace despite me asking for a refund

I asked again for a refund and after offering to replace and seeing the problem asked for more documentation

They finally said refund within 10 days. That came and went then offered to escalate for 3-5 days. I’ve been escalated 3 times and no refund

Oh their shipping $$$ are ridiculous as well

I’ve filed with my credit card. I’m done waiting to them. 3 months

"Just 1 delivered, 2 bought, no customer service"

Bought two Macbook Cases, just 1 was delivered, tried to contact by phone and e-mail, but no answer, nothing for weeks. Customer service not exists, now Iam trying to get back my money because I paid using PayPal, be very careful if you're making a purchase in slick case, never use your credit card and expect bad experience.

Hello. I have been requesting a full refund since the day the items were delivered to me. I am tremendously unhappy with the quality of the items. I have sent multiple multiple emails and voicemails with absolutely NO RESPONSE from anyone at Slick Case. I even stayed up late to try to catch them between their only TWO HOURS of phone availability and still sent to voicemail and then again no response. I am very frustrated. I just want to return the items and get a refund please.
