"Water refund due to living next to SUD"
We moved into a new estate about 4 years ago. Our house over looks the SUD. After speak to Nick Upton about various matters, he mentioned that residents could be entitled to a refund from Norhumbrian Water if their property is served by a SUD / pond.
We are pleased to say we did get a refund, which wouldnt have happened without the help from Nick.
