This is the worst company that I have ever come across. If you are looking to purchase a house and Greenbelt are the maintenance company for the property walk away.

Greenbelt are quite happy to tell you they have 50000 customers but what is not clear is how many want to be customers. I don’t want to be a customer of Greenbelts but I’m forced into being one. The houses on our estate are valued below a nearby housing estate which is not a customer of Greenbelt.

If you’re buying a house with land managed by Greenbelt please do yourself a favour and walk away

"Factoring company responsible for the …"

Factoring company responsible for the maintenance of our estates communal areas. All they do is cut grass in easily accessible areas and charge large admin fees to every one who has them as a burden in their title deeds. Constantly threaten residents with court action and bailiff letters for non payment even though they do not fulfill the commitments of their own contract. THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING A PROPERTY THAT THEY HAVE THE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR!

We have this company doing our maintenance work for our estate, to say poor would be being kind. If you phone them they are abrupt and rude and we can’t even sack them to get a better company in. How good are you going to do a job if you know you’re going to get paid either way! Say no more. I have kept lots of photos of the very poor work they have done, on the day they have completed their job as well not a few days later.

"The worst company I have ever encountered"

The worst company I have ever come across. They constantly overcharge for little or no service. They ignore price increase caps and charge for extras which should be part of the service.

If you buy a new build home they will be written into your deeds and you will have no facility to alter that situation.
