Buenas tardes estoy a la espera de mi envío que fue el 9 de setiembre, me gustaría saber sobre BEA5535GB00214917101 cuándo llegará porque pedimos de la misma empresa hace meses (nos cobraron menos) y llegó rápido sin embargo ahora percibo que hay mucha demora. Agradezco su respuesta.

Listen P2P and ITD Global. You both are disaster for my business. My business is ruined and i lost thousands of pounds in customer refund. You must not be in business. 17 days and 19 days , parcel still in transit. I sent emails to fee you ashamed that how bad you guys are for ecommerce. DO NOT USE THEM. They use donkeys to transport goods. Already contacted retailer. No response. Thats why i am expressing my frustration here. How come you double tax an order when IOSS number is given. Just today issued more refund to customers in France. Retailer is as bad as YOU. I get no reply , NO follow up from retailer ITDGLOBAL.
I sent two emails to cross border email that you mentioned in reply . No reply or did not speed up tracking . In fact is total failure . Why you pick up parcels when you lack handling capacity ????
I sent about 70 parcels to EU .It took 15 days to deliver to France . All IOSS orders value under 150 euros . All info supplied , customs invoices attached . Courier robbed my customers. Courier demanded duties to pay when all taxes were prepaid . It’s a nightmare company . I lost about 7000 in refunds . Never ever use them for business .

Hello,
my parcel HUT1860GB32498251501 is stuck on (fedex cross border number of '217 site scan' VENLO, 5928, NL) for six days (since18-09-2021)
I was expecting to receive the package by the end of this week.

Is there a problem? Why is it taking too long to move from there? I contacted FCB-support@fedex com but they do not bother to reply.
Could you please check on this issue!

Edit: I received my parcel finally. it was stuck at that location for 10 DAYS
I am editing my review and I will give them 3 stars, not really satisfied but I encourage them to do better

"Encomenda parada"

Boa tarde, fiz uma encomenda à Look Fantastic que terá sido expedida no dia 12/09 ( # HUT1860GB97471262201).
Porém, desde o dia 18/09 que a encomenda está em Venlo NL para "site scan" (event code 217) e não houve mais atualizações.
Gostaria de saber quando é que a encomenda chegará a Portugal e se cumprirão o prazo de entrega (dia 27/09) pois preciso da mesma. Obrigada.
