Realizei uma encomenda na CARDSPLUG que teve o seu shipment dia 7 de setembro. Desde então está desde dia 14/09 em "site scan" em VENLO segundo o site da FedEx. Gostaria de saber o que isto significa e porquê tanta demora.

Stuck in one place for months!!!! If you are planning a gift don't order because the other person won't receive their gift this year!!!!!
My first package was stuck at the same place for a month and later returned to the seller. The second package is almost 1 month since I ordered and I still haven't got anything. When I write to them I got this answer: I can see that there is currently an embargo via the postal lane due to Covid-19. This is a joke and not true because all other orders from different couriers have arrived!!!!! Also, I have contacted our post office and they confirmed that all orders from abroad have been delivered, regardless of the situation with covid!

Capisco la dogana ma che il pacco partito il 07/09/2021 sia fermo in dogana dal 09/09/2021 e ad oggi 16/09/2021 e ancora nulla è dato sapere ....bah se viaggiava sopra un mulo non sarebbe arrivato pero qualche km in piu lo avrebbe fatto e avremmo risparmiato sulle emissioni di CO2
leggendo le varie recensioni è probabile che VENLO, 5928, NL sia come il triangolo delle bermude i pacchi arrivano e poi spariscono.......

I understand the customs but that the package left on 07/09/2021 is stopped at customs from 09/09/2021 and today 16/09/2021 and still nothing is known .... well if it was traveling on a mule it would not be arrived but a few more km would have done so and we would have saved on CO2 emissions
reading the various reviews it is likely that VENLO, 5928, NL is like the Bermuda Triangle the packages arrive and then disappear .......
