Les escribí mi opinión antes, me respondieron y dijieron que les enviara un correo. Ya he enviado 2 y aún no he tenido respuesta y sigo sin tener actualizaciones del envió de mi paquete.

It’s supposed to arrive tomorrow but it’s impossible, it’s in Venlo!!

I tried also to track it with GLS courier, but the shipping doesn’t exist on their website, it means that is not in Italy !!!

Please check, it’s important to be delivered tomorrow. I’ll go on a trip.

and another one THR0530US98102980201 for Serbia is 60 days in transit. Will I ever get my books?

I ordered a package from Pretty Little Thing on May 13th and I still haven’t received it:) I called fedex because that’s who’s supposed to deliver my package, but they stated that they are not in possession of my package. According to information I have it was handed to a sub contractor on the 20th of May but it has not moved since. At this point I don’t even know where my package is. No one has been able to answer my questions so far. I contacted PrettyLittle Thing, fedex, P2P all multiple times and no help at all. I need to receive my package ASAP and it’s already been a couple of weeks and delayed so please help. Where is my package? When will i receive it ?
