L'indirizzo fornito da p2p a gls è errato. È stato inserito l'indirizzo giusto ma con numero civico errato. Il numero civico giusto è stato inserito nei dati dell'ordine effettuato e gls dice di non poter fare niente dato che l'unico a poter sbloccare la spedizione è p2p. Chiedo gentilmente la revisione del mio ordine inserendo come civico quello giusto (34/3) e non 3 come scritto da voi

Hi, since the 4th of May the eglobal central retailer messaged me with a tracking number of my shipment: GER0140NL83037032801
Until this day the status of the shipment haven’t changed yet.
Status is: “DEPARTED GERAS LTD”
I have contacted the p2p support center and asked about my shipment and they said they no shipment with that tracking number exist and they didn’t receive the parcel yet. I got back in contact with the retailer and they are pretty sure that they sent the parcel.
Question: where is my item?
For how long should I wait? Knowing that made the order on the 22nd of April.
What do you need to find my shipment?

2 of them have been stuck at VENLO, 5928, NL since May 5th and only today the tracking got update to show that they again went through customs for the 2nd time!
So it shows:

what is going on and why they haven't left for my country yet??
I get the delays with covid, but when I made the orders they were supposed to arrive to me in 8 days but 8 days have already passed and they're still running circles around the customs!!

J'ai passé une commande sur un site dont les entrepôts sont basés à Londres le 23 avril, pour un anniversaire ayant lieu le 16 mai. Je m'étais dit que m'y prendre trois semaines à l'avance pour un Londres-Paris, même avec COVID/Brexit, j'étais bon pour le recevoir à temps. Et bien mon colis est toujours en transit... Nous sommes le 12mai, pouvez-vous me confirmer que je l'aurai bien avant le 16 mai?
