Il mio pacco è fermo a Departed Geras Itd dal 3 Maggio dopo che ho effettuato l'ordine il 20 aprile tutto ciò è ridicolo. Domani avvio la pratica per farmi tornare i soldi da PayPal.

L'indirizzo fornito da p2p a gls è errato. È stato inserito l'indirizzo giusto ma con numero civico errato. Il numero civico giusto è stato inserito nelle note della spedizione e gls, nonostante la mia segnalazione,dice di non poter fare niente dato che l'unico a poter sbloccare la spedizione è p2p. Chiedo gentilmente la revisione del mio ordine inserendo come civico quello giusto (1335) e non 1 come fornito da voi

"Package is super late"

Package is super late, very little information about why, after ~ 14 days with no updates I get "IN TRANSIT - HUB SCAN", no sign of it's where location though, it could be anywhere.

I understand there is a pandemic going on an delays should be expected, what I don't understand is the lack of transparency, support and over promising on the delivery times. If it will really take 4-8 weeks, just say so?

Unless something magic happens I'll have to stick to my terribly low score and ensure I only use retailers who do not use P2p.

Edit 2: Looks like the invoice wasn't attached to the package, so now my parcel is held up in customs for several days and I've had to fill out a bunch of forms myself to try get it released.

Edit: Don't bother asking me to email you because you're apparently already looking into it for me and I've received no update from you or the sender in the time frame you said you'd respond. Better spend the time getting issues fixed than on trust pilot.

"Stalemate"

The local postal service can't deliver my parcel because the street number is missing, and they require P2P mailing's authorisation to modify the address. I can't pick it up in person either, the postal service requires the consignor's authorisation to change delivery method too.

I send an email to FCB-info@fedex dot com A WEEK AGO and recieved no answer whatsoever.

In the meantime I tried to contact the vendor and they told me that the address they have is correct, but can't
do anything about the issue.

My parcel has been stuck for a week now and I'm running out of options.

"Impossibile risolvere un problema inesistente"

Il pacco non è ancora stato consegnato perché non sono riusciti ad individuare l'indirizzo, ma è tutto corretto. La mail in cui mi informano di questa cosa non mi permette di rispondere alla mail, non mi dà un numero di telefono, non mi dice chi contattare o come -- solo che rimangono in attesa di ulteriori informazioni da parte mia.
Ho provato a chiamare ma visto che uno dei caratteri del codice del pacco è una lettera non me lo accettava. Non ho altri codici da 11 cifre. Veramente non capisco cosa si aspettano che faccia, ma poi perché è così complicato contattarli?!
