Cela devient désespérant et je ne suis pas le seul apparemment!!!
J'ai commandé le 12 septembre un album photos pour les 60 ans de mariage de mes parents chez printerpix.
Nous sommes le 27 septembre et je ne l'ai toujours pas reçu...
J'ai reçu des codes de Printerpix mais qui ne correspondent à rien pour essayer de tracer le suivi chez le transporteur P2P me semble t-il...

"Order back to sender"

After 3 emails and an order done the 15th of September, I've read this morning that the package is being sent back to them. It's a shame, even I wrote an email saying that some info was needed at the border to continue with the delivery.
As it's said in the website the delivery is supposed to take between 3-5 days and bought this as a birthday gift, that I'm sure now is not going to be here on time.
I feel really cheated, it's the worst experience buying online but even worst experience the customer experience, not even one email apologizing or saying that there's an error and the package is being back to them.

I really want to know what's happening otherwise, as I said in my last email, I will call my bank, ask for a refund and if it's necessary go to fill a compliant at the police station.

Fiz uma encomenda através da F1 Store que foi shipped no dia 5 de Setembro. A previsão de chegada, segundo a plataforma da F1 Store, seria dia 15 de Setembro. Hoje é dia 15 e a minha encomenda está presa em Venlo com a informação de “SITE SCAN”. Quando vou receber a encomenda?

Fiz uma encomenda através da F1 Store, loja oficial de produtos de Formula 1. A encomenda em questão foi shipped no dia 16 de Agosto. A previsão de chegada, segundo a plataforma da F1 Store, seria dia 25 de Agosto. Contudo, hoje é dia 30 e a minha encomenda está presa em Venlo com a informação de “SITE SCAN”. Gostaria de saber quando vou finalmente receber a minha encomenda. Toda esta espera é inadmissível, para não falar da falta de comunicação da transportadora.

"Encomenda Parada"

Bom Dia.
Realizei uma encomenda dia 15 de Agosto, com data prevista de entrega na semana que passou. A minha encomenda encontra-se, desde dia 20 de Agosto (faz hoje 9 dias), em SITE SCAN em Venlo.

Entendo que por vezes hajam atrasos. No entanto, não faz sentido tanto tempo de espera. Queria mais informações, por favor.



Tal como me sugeriram na resposta a esta opinião (como podem ver abaixo), contactei a empresa vendedora do produto encomendado. A transportadora recebeu o produto, caso contrário não haviam atualizações da transportadora até dia 20. Por isso, se tinham o produto até dia 20 de Agosto, a responsabilidade é da transportadora, porque tem de saber onde está a encomenda e a obrigação de me informar sobre a mesma.
Bastante desiludida com toda a situação e com o facto de ninguém, relativo à transportadora, me dar uma explicação.
