Out of many orders via Hut business pages Iwoot I've ordered many times and i only received one small package while most of bigger ones were mysteriously disappearing and turned directions and returned to sender and whatnot. Insanely poor logistics and waste of money and time and stress.

"pacco bloccato da 18 giorni dopo lo sdoganamento"

il mio pacco spedito (tracking DOL0800US34923839301) il 13 luglio dagli USA è bloccato ad Amsterdam con la dicitura "customs cleared" dal 20 di luglio e siamo all'8 agosto, da allora nessuna novità. Se è stato sdoganato perchè non c'è progresso nella spedizione? Normalmente in una settimana al massimo arriva in Italia, dopo 18 giorni invece non c'è ancora nessun progresso.

He pedido mas de 3 envios de los cuales ni siquiera el primero ha llegado, a pasado mas de 1 mes y el seguimiento nunca se actualiza , el unico estado de seguimiento es FEDEX CROSS BORDER PROCESS CENTRE , y de ahi el envio nunca se mueve, no hay ningun medio de contacto en donde te puedan ayudar, una total basura!! mucho cuidado.

how lang still does my package need to get delivered?

MER6741GB00033602301 - "ARRIVED IN COUNTRY / NON EU PRESENTED TO CUSTOMS" is all my parcel says after 2 months of waiting. These guys are a joke when it comes to logistics. Dont buy from any company oif you know they use them
