The system requirements made it very difficult to schedule and sit my exam. I work for public sector (I imagine a large proportion of your existing or potential students would come from this segment) and I couldn't find a solution to sit my exam using my personal laptop which is a google chromebook with a google operating system. This meant I had to ask my local college to set up a clean room environment for me and this caused some considerable delay to move from the learning to sit the foundation exam.

"Great Experience, Great Customer Service"
Prince2 7 Foundation - Exam
After setting up my account, I realised I hadn't used my full name so had to contact Customer Support to get it rectified. They were so quick! They responded and had sorted it out within an hour!
I took my exam and while it was a bit of a process, my exam proctor was great and very patient. All in all a good experience there.
Unfortunately I failed the exam (never go back and change some answers, stick with your gut instinct!) and needed to use the Take2 option. This was not working correctly for some reason and I was unable to schedule my Take2 exam through the website. I contact Customer Service again and they suggested a few technical steps (clear browser cache etc) which did not work. Long story short, they have booked the retake on my behalf. All sorted out within a couple of hours.
I'm impressed with how helpful and prompt the Customer Service team is, especially after my dreadful experience waiting for my exam voucher with Study 365 (that's another review!)

"Peoplecert website is so confusing."
Peoplecert website is so confusing. To get to the exam link was a project in itself. My screensharing stopped as soon as I started the exam, then Proctor had to get me do some setting changes in the browser. It took 30/40 min to get back on. After the exam, it took two days to get the certificate which is OK but instructions were not clear about how to get the badge. Badge sharing on Linkedin is not straightforward. It is also not clear as to what resources are available for members. Oh God. The site needs a major reshaping and got to make it user friendly.
Good things - I like the free re-sit option for Members and also members can see the learning materials and take one mock exam.
