"Beware of the automatic renewal charge…"
Beware of the automatic renewal charge for the membership fees. There was no option to remove my payment card and no option to downgrade to the free membership option, despite customer service claiming it’s possible. When I challenged about the renewable fees and asked for a refund, they refused this, despite being within the 14 day cancellation window. Imhave requested for my personal details to be removed on their website and still have not received any update after a month. Will not deal with them again.

"Where do I even begin..."
Where do I even begin. First off, I do not, at all, feel motivated to use PeopleCert for any future certifications. The whole experience felt like I was fighting to receive resources that I already paid for.
Purchasing the exam: I bought the ITIL 4 Foundation and was excited to begin right away. I started with module one (out of 5) and realized I could use the E-book along side my study. When I tried searching in the PeopleCert Library for the ITIL 4 Foundation, I could not find it. They had some of the other levels but not the foundation. I reached out to their support and was told I should have it in my “resources page”. I shared that it was not there. They said it should be in the Library section on their website but said I needed to have the annual subscription to access (again, I told them that it was not only there but that I did in fact pay for the annual sub…). They then had me spend the next 45-60 minutes sending screenshots and chatting back and forth before saying they would escalate this. I did not have the e-book until 2 days into my study.
The Course itself: I’m conflicted here because while I did appreciate that much of the content itself was pretty straight forward and easy to digest it was also INCREDIBLY distracting to run into so many typos that I needed to spend extra time making sure I was reading it right. I gave up taking screen shots of these typos in their modules after the 8th one (I still have them if PeopleCert are interested in fixing a $1500 course.) The other bizarre distraction was trying to listen to an AI voice over for all their videos. No human narrator or voice actor. They instead used generic corporate stock video (which I often had to look away from to focus on the actual subject) and this AI male voice that rang flat on many of the abbreviations. This would have been amusing if I wasn’t trying to learn a new skill. All in all, I felt like I was fighting the course the entire time to actual learn or spot check the mistakes in their own writing.
The Quizzes: They made sure to keep things “interesting” here as well. At least 4 different quiz questions (screen shots taken) graded me incorrectly when the answer chosen was clearly the right one. Funny enough, I even missed one question and it graded me as ‘correct’. How am I supposed to learn if even the quizzes don’t function correctly.
The Exam itself: At the end of the course, you sit in with a proctor whom you can’t see. This is fine and the proctor in my exam was nice and patient as they confirmed no one else was in the room with me. After about 35 minutes I made it to the final question and raised my (digital) hand to ask if I should go ahead and click “End exam” or if there was a ‘submit your questions’ button. No response from the proctor. I guess they stepped out? I spoke into the mic a few times asking if they were there. Silence. Ok, I’ll roll the dice and hit “end exam”. Immediately, I’m given a survey to answer on how the class and if I wanted to recommend PeopleCert to friends. Really? Right now you’re asking that? I answered their few questions and finally made it to the next screen to see my results. I passed. *wipes brow*. Cool, can I print off my cert yet or do I need to wait. Then I finally hear the voice of my proctor again. They are asking if I had any questions but their voice is muffled by the food they are eating. Nice, I guess it wasn’t a fully “watched” exam after all. I thanked them anyway and ended the call.
Overall: I feel like this review was way longer than I intended so I’ll end with this: I honestly can’t recommend using PeopleCert again for more certs. At least in their current state.

"The training for Prince 2 Foundation is not well built and structured"
The training for Prince 2 Foundation is not well built and structured. 3 days of training doesn't give sufficient time to properly understand and go through the learning materials with the trainer. Despite of lots of additional time dedicated for study the materials on your own to prepare for the exam, the complexity of exam questions is high.
Learning materials would much better reflect the complexity of the exam questions :(

"Good but results are delayed"
During the exam, experience was good. The proctor was accommodating. But it is already more than 3 days and I still have not received the results.
