"PeopleCert is not a consumer friendly company."

PeopleCert is not a very consumer-friendly company. Beyond their website being absolutely atrocious to navigate, their fees and constant upsell attempts are absolutely disgusting.

Their exam scheduling feature is extremely confusing and deceptive and offers no confirmation before scheduling. If you fail to understand their deceptive scheduling times properly, you can be forced to pay upwards of a $120 fee or, worse yet, be forced to repay over $600 for another attempt.

I do not recommend anybody complete any certification with PeopleCert. They are a company that will attempt to squeeze every last dime out of you.

EDIT: For reference, the "illegal content" that was flagged by PeopleCert and Trustpilot AI required me to remove phrases using the words "Scam," "Disgusting," and "Love of god". I can only imagine how many other 1-star reviews that PeopleCert has falsely flagged.

My exam was supposed to start at 3:10pm and the proctor showed up 20 minutes late.

Other than that, it is what you would expect.

The whole exam process was easy to navigate and the examiner was able to give me full guidance with what i had to do. There was plenty of time for to think about the exam questions. However, you had to think about how the question was worded in comparison to test questions that i had been revising.

Phillip was so very helpful, patient and gave AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. His calm way with me, calmed my nerves from taking the exam.

Overall experience was great. The site request photos of identification to either be uploaded or taken. The taken feature did not work so I tried to upload photos that were pdf. The site would not accept pdfs so had to email photos from my phone to pc. The jpegs were accepted.
