"Aufgrund einer Verfahrensänderung war…"

Aufgrund einer Verfahrensänderung war meine Anleitung für die Examenseinrichtung Online nicht korrekt. Hat aber letztendlich alles funktioniert. Proctor sehr freundlich, hat alles gut erklärt - war allerdings sprachlich nicht so gut verständlich.

Overall solid, but some wording and translation choices made the work with the exams VERY difficult.
The registration procedure and login was a bit clunky.

"Bad service at all"

My german proctor was neither a narrative speaker nor did they understand my questions during the exam. Furthermore, they just left and I had to deal with another proctor who was only able to talk to me in english. Also, I had to refresh the exam multiple times even though the system check was OK. After finishing the exam, I was looking for help how to finish the call but didn't get any further support. This is not what I signed up for, this is not what I'm going to pay for again.

The purpose of this company and its added value is not clear to me.
The Website is an unstructured mess.
to make a new user account it answers with an unclear error, but the login has been made....

The set up was easy to use and get prepared for the exam. the examiner was polite and guided me through the process with ease.

Process was quite smooth and invilgilator was supportive

The exam was pretty straightforward, the proctor was supportive as well, although his instructions weren't too clear all the time. It was frustrating that he was talking and not being able to see his face. The platform was easy to use and user friendly.

Al terminar el examen, ya no tuve respuesta de la persona que me estaba asesorando, le envié vía chat preguntas, pero ya no contesto. La espere por 15 minutos sin respuesta. Me pareció una falta de cortesía.
