The contractor that cabinets to go sent to install cabinets never came back to complete the job and I had to hire someone to fix and reinstall the cabinets that the cabinets to go contractor screw up! Never will buy anything from this people ever again

Terrible service after the sale.
Cabinet order from 9/1/2020 was delayed due to Covid, perfectly understandable. Almost all the cabinets were picked up in November except for one. One three draw cabinet was delayed until well into 2021, so it was substituted for a more standard door cabinet. Three draw cabinet is approx $1,000 the standard door cabinet is approx $500, I have not been able to get a refund. The store says to request a refund from corporate and tcorporate says the store does the refunds.
Life time warranty do not believe it for 1 second, any issues with anything are done through corporate not the store. One of my cabinets came with the incorrect parts, contacted corporate no response what so ever, zero. The cabinets seem ok so far, the mine were a mix of made in China and Vietnam, they almost match each other but not quiet. The Chinese ones are much better quality with good plywood. The Vietnamese ones have massive voids in the plywood. When you drill into them half the time the drill goes through them like going through air. I would buy from Ikea and maybe use custom draw fronts.

"Not a Company to Trust With Your Kitchen"
Waited a year to write this as I was very mad with their service. Their advertised 1-2 DAY install is a farse! Our kitchen took 3-4 MONTHS. From day one it is was one thing after another. First they forgot to add something to the total it would cost me. So after the bank gave me my home improvement loan on their signed contract, Cabinets To Go called and said "oops, we have to add another $1,000(approx.) to that contract. We had no water in the kitchen for 2 weeks. Try washing dishes in a small bathroom sink. Some cabinets were back ordered for 3 months so had to wait on a kitchen counter and half of the upper cabinets. Since the stove was taken out, day one, we had to bbq or cook on the kitchen table, on a one burner portable, all 3 meals a day. Try that for weeks. Finally found out 2 of my upper cabinets were on another backorder so I finally had to settle for smaller cabinets and they put filler panels in. Not happy at all on those!! One bottom cabinet was wrong, that had to be changed. Then they had to put a new door on cause the handle was in the wrong place and had made holes where they shouldn't be. Meanwhile, our counter was not put on for almost 2+ weeks because no one checked the status of it, even though I called and the counter people had emailed them. The counter on one side of my stove is an inch shorter than the other. I was told the floor wasn't level BUT they leveled the floor before they put the tile down. We had to have them come back several times as we found things, not quite right. Since they "finished" we still found a kick plate that was never nailed up and a hole in the side of a cabinet because they drilled a screw from the inside, where there was no reason to put one. The tip of the screw came all the way to the outside. Also need to add that each time I needed to talk to someone I had to drive to the next town to their office because their mailbox was alway full when I tried to call them and I couldn't leave a message. There were other little things that added up. What a nightmare!!
