"Customer Service Return Policy"

This is the first time I ever wrote a company review. I felt "In the Swim" was worth the time. In May 2019 I bought a Pleatco filter for my above ground pool. Still in the Box in August, I decided I would replace the old filter when I recognized it was the wrong size. I called the company. They said it was my fault and their 60 day return policy had lapsed. Angry, I tried twice more and still turned-down. All I wanted was another filter, which they were happy to sell me - but no refund on the wrong size. This fall I shopped on AMAZON for all my pool needs where they take ANYTHING back with no questions asked. Sorry, "In the Swim" but you are "Out of Luck" with my (and others) business, because you would not take back a perfectly good, unlimited shelf-life product. Toooooo bad, SHOP AMAZON !!!

I bought a 27x27 round pool cover item co827.literally just put it on and notice it had a whole and was dry rotting above grommet. I contacted the company and they refused to replace it even though it is still under warranty. I should have went back to pool supplies plus the pool cove from there lasted 3 years .

I was looking a pool chemical supplier with lower pricing. I tried In the Swim and so far chemicals work and prices are good. I even got a discount coupon which is good for 6 months, not one of those coupons that force you to use in 2 weeks. I have ordered chlorine tablets, shock, stain preventer, cover and water bags and the quality is just as good as my local stores

"DO NOT BUY WATER TUBES"

DO NOT BUY WATER TUBES. They will not refund your money or replace them. I bought them a couple months before I closed my pool. When I took them out to fill them with water. 2 out of the 8 had holes in them. They did nothing to help remedy the situation. Too expensive to send back on my own dime. So, I will be buying them locally. Good by INTHE SWIM

I was a customer of In The Swim for approximately 13 years. As of today, I will not purchase another item from this company. In The Swim has the WORST customer service ever. When I received a partial order, I called to inquire about the item missing. I was told I would have the item in the next few days. A MONTH later, I still did not have the item. At this time, I purchased this product from another business because I needed to have chlorine tablets to keep my pool up and going. Seriously, it took 6 weeks to get the product, ridiculous! I find it interesting that they blame Fed Ex, but do not accept any accountability for their poor customer service.
The multiple times I called and inquired about this product, I spoke with several individuals who were rude, impatient, and did not care about the customer. Do your self a favor, DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them.
