"Will NEVER buy again"

Will NEVER buy again. I ordered something and when it didn't show up, I contacted support. They asked for a photo. A photo of what?! Nothing?! Never even got my money back. The worst customer support I've ever had.

"Impossible to unsubscribe"

Impossible to unsubscribe. J’ai parlé avec le service à la clientèle qui m’a assuré m’avoir désabonnée et quelque mois plus tard, ils percevaient d’autres paiements et me renvoyaient des bobettes cheap.

C’est du jetable. J’en ai brisé plusieurs en les mettant qu’une seule fois.

"Absolute scam"

Absolute scam. Nowhere on the website to cancel and when I emailed about 20 times over 5 months, no one would cancel it for me (given acount number and everything). The website showed my charges but also showed I didn't have a subscription, couldn't even change quantity or style. Panties are low quality but I'm just mad I couldn't get out until I had my bank block them. I now get 2 to 3 emails a day advertising their products. If you're considering them, don't, save yourself the bank blocking fee.

"The quality of this underwear is POOR"

The quality of this underwear is POOR. While wearing a pair of Knotty Knickers I went to pick a wedgie and my finger went right through the material!

Finally received the items I didn't order and replaced the other items like I asked. It should never have come to this but I'm grateful that someone there finally listened to me and corrected the situation.
Would I buy again..unfortunately not


BUYER BEWARE!!!!Do NOT but from this company! I canceled my subscription they took 1 more payment even though I canceled!!! I told them I did not make this order!!!! Not even the right size or product I would ever use! Finally agreed to send me my stuff..NEVER received it now I'm getting the round a round!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

I love the body positive marketing. The products are super cute and I look forward to that envelope every month! Customer service has been super helpful when I had a question but the website makes making any adjustments really easy. Very user-friendly! 2 years of loving this company!

"They charged me for what I paid for the…"

They charged me for what I paid for the previous months which included the ONE TIME purchase and the subscription PLUS another month subscription for 3 pairs on top of that charge. When brought to their attention they didn't respond to me at first until I messaged them again about it and the lady told me to send proof I paid that so sent a screenshot of the purchases then denied it saying it is my bank that charged me and to call them. I also cancelled my subscription because of this incident and how it was poorly handled. Well, for my last subscription purchase I requested no lace and they sent me all lace. Very poor customer service.

"Worse Company Ever"

I placed an order early last month, delivery date that they sent me in the email is April 17-22, we are now in May.
I emailed them the end of April and they said they gonna resend my order and I should get a confirmation email and nothing. I told them I can't wait any longer and there is a reason why I order that earlier and I need a full refund. They said it's final sale and I can't get a refund and I didn't even receive my order.
I don't recommend this company at all.

"Both the quality and customer service…"

Both the quality and customer service is horrible. I received my first pair which was ugly so i emailed them to cancel my subscription but nobody got back to me so I received my second pair which had a hole in it so i had to email them again and havent heard back. What a rip off, they are clearly from Asia and you can tell by the bag they come in cause i have ordered stuff from Asia. Im so dissapointed, and I was so excited.

"Terrible customer service"

Sent me the wrong size and never responded to my inquiry to get proper size! The quality of the product wasn't that great either. Seams didn't line up and felt like it would be itchy.
