"THEY SENT ME USED UNDERWEAR"

They sent me a pre-used very smelly extra too small pair of underwear when I reached out to them they said they would send me another pair with next subscription box to which I responded I didn’t want another pair of perused disgusting too small underwear and how stupid do they think I was so I’m gonna turn to the Better Business Bureau and maybe the health department because selling perused underwear should be illegal

I must say my experience was very disappointing. As a company that prides themselves in fitting all body types, their sizing is incorrect and misleading. I wear a size 18 pant, and chose the body suit in size 18-20. While I haven’t even taken the garment out of the package, there is a no way that this item has a cup for that size. And there are no measurements for the body suit’s cup to be found anywhere online. I was also never alerted at any time before purchase that the items where nonrefundable. This is misleading and taking advantage of people who already have an extremely hard time purchasing items of this nature.

I am SO MAD i wasted money. i was with this company for 5 or 6 months. The first month, i ordered the 3 pack and then also a halloween pack. i was given the halloween pack in the wrong size, too small. i am a plus sized woman, i needed the size i ordered lol. i emailed in about it, they wanted pictures of the tags and stuff, which i sent in. Never heard back but i was like whatever, thats fine, they sent thongs and bikini cut anyway and im not a huge fan of those so i was just whatever about it.
Second month, i didnt get my freaking package. At all. So i emailed in, AGAIN, and was told they'd send it with my 3rd months (june). i was like no, i wanted to cancel the subscription cause that was 2 months i'd been subscribed, and 2 months i had issues, but i had to get the june pack to get my may pack resent? so i stayed with them in order to get what i paid for. June i finally got a pair i liked, a horrible highlighter green pair but the cotton was soft and material really nice. so i wrote in, as they say you can, to request i get less of the lace pairs (the lace is crap. they tear SO FREAKIN EASY) and more cotton. i was told they couldn't give me ALL cotton, which was fine, but they'd make a note to give me less lace. the next month, august, i received ALL lace.
I cant remember if i stayed one more month or two. i just know the final straw was the last month, i didnt get my package, AGAIN, and when i emailed in, they said i needed to pay extra for customs and had to go to the post office to do it. i asked if they could just have it sent back to them and refund me, cause at the time i was working 2 jobs and did NOT have time to go to the post office, nor did i want to pay extra. I was just done. They said no. so my sister went for me and the post office said it was sent back. I NEVER got the product NOR did i get a refund. 13 bucks wasted. they WILL rip you off. i guarantee it. they will.

ALSO IF YOU'RE PLUS SIZED-whoever designs their underwear does NOT understand bigger bodies. the underwear are all SO high wasted, no back end coverage even if you get no thongs, it's like they dont understand big bodies have more butt. Your front parts WILL hang out, probably both sides. its like a frontal thong. (aside from the one cotton pair i got and love, that one pair fits great). Also, the crotch is SOOOOO long!! it's insane, i do NOT want to wear a pair of lace nearly thong underwear that i have to wear up to my belly button, that has my stomach hang out the sides and front where the goods should be. im not even kidding, the crotch on almost every pair is comically long. this company is not good if you're plus sized. i cannot speak for straight sizes. but if you're big, they aint for you. trust. this company is crap and im really pissed off still that they ripped me off after MONTHS of trouble with them and me being understanding and nice to them, giving them chance after chance when they didnt even deserve it.

And i kept all those emails too. if they wanna try to deny. i kept my proof.

I ordered a XXL after dark SET. They sent me XXL panties and S matching bra. Not sure how that is supposed to work. When I contacted them to exchange. They said they would offer me a one time 20% discount to order the right size.... THEY MESSED UP IN THE FIRST PLACE

"Cute/Sexy but Sizing is everywhere"

Don't get me wrong. Their stuff is SUPER cute and can be sexy at times but... but the sizing is all over the place. Like I put my size as Large by following their size guide (im between a US size medium and large). Got my first shipment and it was a bit tight so I sized up. Thought it was a simple sizing error, understandable, stuff happens, just like any clothing brand. But then I kept getting mediums, and smalls, and Larges, and very few XL's in the packages, even though on my account it shows XL as my size. I feel like it's partly my fault because i never contacted customer service about it and i probably should and i might soon. But the sizing is all over the place. I can fit into some types of mediums, some types of large's, but some styles of the XL's won't even fit sometimes its crazy. The thongs can be super stretchy but sometimes the granny panties i need for aunt flow come in as the wrong size and they're not a stretchy fabric and it's just... 😭 Either the material stretches or it won't even budge. I wanted to love this company but idk man. If you're petite it could work but I'm curvy and I've been wanting to find a good underwear company that has sexy stuff but this is like decent. It's not the best but it's not terrible. If I contact customer service and maybe they issue me a refund for all the panties they sent me the wrong size for, I'll be happy. But personally, it's $4 a month I'm not spending a crazy amount ya know? I understand some people need that money, but I'm fortunate enough to be able to have the subscription. I just wish the sizes were accurate lol

I loved this company when i first used it now i don't because I've had two packages not come to my address but i still get charged for it i emailed, they said they will send it again, but yet again i still got no packages but getting charged i also charged the address but still nothing. I would not recommend!

BEWARE!! This company has been charging me every month even after I cancelled. I have emailed asking this to be fixed FOUR TIMES NOW, nothing in response. I am reporting them to the BBB, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

"Couldn't even order"

I couldn't even order anything with them because they say my address is not valid even though I know it is, I tried to write it many different ways, and it works everywhere else but there. Customer service couldn't help me. After wasting an hour trying to solve this, I found out they were a scam, so it's a great thing I never had to enter my credit card. You owe me $20 for time wasted. Will be ordering from Amazon instead.

I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription. It won’t allow me to do it online and my emails to Knotty Knickers have gone unanswered. I’m g ok no to have to dispute the charges with my bank.
I gave them 2 stars because the majority of panties fit and we’re ok-cute.

There were few times I was charged and was not sent package, additionally, 90% of the product came ripped or has ripped after 1-2 uses. The quality is so poor it's hilarious. They sent me undies where the seams were literally incomplete and coming apart. When I filed a complain I got sent another pair which RIPPED AFTER WEARING IT ONCE. Overall it's not worth it, the undies are bad quality and yes you spend *less* per pair but in reality you spend more to maintain underwear without holes. They are dollar store or AliExpress quality, and if you want that, just order some for 2$ off AliExpress with free shipping, don't bother with the company and produce cheap fabric waste.
