"Been subscribed for a year…"
I've been subscribed for about a year now. Was surprised by all the negative reviews, but there are a handful that are copy/pasted and talk about "the dress" when the company sells undies. So I question if a competitor isn't sending some fake ratings to this website.
I'm a size 12 pants, 36" waist and wear the size XXL in Knoty Knickers. I order the "nice" packages which don't have any thongs, most of the panties I get are cheeky. The quality is decent, for how cute they are and the price it's not a bad value at all. They are hand wash only, I don't have time for that so I put them in a mesh bag and wash in the delicate cycle and that works great for me.

"Terrible customer service!"
Terrible customer service!! Don’t actually send what you order and pay for and when you ask about the stays of your order they claim they’ve sent it and take it up with the post or you can purchase it again. Horrible company.

The quality is terrible. You can see thrue the fabric wich is such a thin material that i know they won't last long and the sizing is wrong as well unless you like your grandma style panties.

I ordered a subscription and had the 3 underwear Halloween add ons. I emailed them to let them know that due to my body shape I can not wear bikini or cheeky. A month after I ordered I finally got it in the mail today. I tried them on and a few fit fine, but the rest were just off. I ordered mediums and two say medium but they are like an x-small so I couldn’t even put them on. One of the lace ones looked like it had been snagged on something before it was put in the plastic wrap. The thongs fit nice but the other 3 underwear were all cheeky and bikini style which I can not wear at all. The quality is very low, the thongs have like no lining it’s basically just another layer of the lace fabric. I tried to cancel my subscription online but it kept having shortcuts pop up with discounts or changing sizes and would not let me cancel! I just emailed them about how half of them didn’t fit and I want to cancel the subscription. We will see if they actually do cancel it. Overall the few times I’ve emailed them they responded two days later but they were really nice.

I'd give them zero stars if I could. Yes their adverts look brilliant, women of all colour, size and shapes etc but the customer service is SHOCKING! Takes nearly a month to arrive, completely not what I ordered (subscription) they want to know every last detail of the issue when clearly the photos attached show a farty
Piece of string (thongs) where the full back knickers should be. Then takes them another month to resend, to which I get 3XL sized knickers not Large as I ordered. Then want to know all the ins and outs again even tho again photo shows the size. And I get told theyll send me a free complimentary pair with next subscription?! NO!!!!!
1. Its not free its a replacement of what you've sent in ERROR!
2. Iv told them 4 times to cancel my subscription the quality of the tat I did receive was shocking why would I want more?

"Foolishly hopeful"
I was foolishly hopeful that this would be a good deal - but it was a "too good to be true" scenario. I followed the sizing chart (XL), the size ended up being at least 1-2 sizes too small on all three pairs, each a different style. Only one pair is wearable and it's due to it's stretchy fabric. The one pair has lace and was already torn at the waist band - there is a no refund policy. The package also arrived in a flimsy envelope that was actually torn enough for the items inside to have fallen out, it also took 2 weeks longer to arrive than my initial estimate. I will not be purchasing again and recommend you don't either!
*was sent an email recently, it was to ask for additional information or my review would be removed, apparently the deadline has already passed, but if my review is removed, I will post it again! The quality of their product is horrible, and the sizing is inaccurate/inconsistent.

Do not! I repeat do not waste your money. I have not recieved the package and the seller keeps giving me the runaround. I have had to open a dispute with my bank as I believe they are a fraudulent company.

this is a long one but trust me, you want to read it if you’re thinking of doing business with this awful company.
i filed a complaint to the BBB and i suggest the other 86% of people who wrote reviews similar to mine do the same. it’s sickening this company likes to scam others especially during a pandemic.
i’m not one to write bad reviews but my latest experience was horrible. i saw an ad on fb for a halloween bundle they were offering and decided to order (the second time as my first order was great and they had a different halloween theme) i couldn’t add the bundle to my subscription as it wasn’t showing up. i was told via that fb post by them to email customer service so they could add it for me. they reached back out to me an hour or so later saying they would add it for me. sounds good, right? well, after that i checked my account and noticed they placed TWO orders of a subscription plus the bundle (each $27) and still had my existing regular subscription as another order ($13) i reached out to them letting them know that i was charged THREE times for ONE order. took them a couple days to get back to me and they said they would refund me one of the $27 and the $13. two weeks go by and i still have yet to see either refund on my bank account. i reached back out to them, again, had to wait multiple days this time for a response to which they told me i may have to wait up to 15 BUSINESS DAYS for it to show up. i am now on business day 17 (25 days total) and still no refund. i ended up canceling for next month. boy, do i WISH that was all. when i received my package, which had 3 pairs of underwear, plus the 3 pair bundle. i opened one of the normal ones, and it was ripped. i reached out to them AGAIN via email (as they do not have a business telephone line) they told me that they would add a note to my account so next order i place, i will get an extra pair.... but i will not be placing any more orders from them which means i am SOL on that damaged pair of undies. after i emailed them stating my underwear were ripped when i got them, when they told me i would get an extra pair in my next subscription they REACTIVATED my subscription without my knowledge!!!!! i sure do hope i get my refund soon. i emailed them a little over a week ago saying i was dissatisfied and explained to them what happened, and have yet to receive anything back. this is not a way to keep customers.
BACK FOR AN EDIT:
after filing a claim with my bank i asked them for date confirmation so i could provide proof when they processed my refunds, they told me they processed it on OCTOBER 6TH. ALMOST A MONTH AGTER I ORIGINALLY CONTACTED THEM AND THEY CLAIMED TO DO IT!
THANKFULLY by ZERO help from them, my bank issued me a claim and gave me
my money back. absolutely sick that they kept my money after lying and saying they would refund me.
EDIT NUMBER 2:
they blocked me on their fb page when i publicly asked about the refund i never received and told others to read reviews before ordering from them!
EDIT NUMBER 3:
i just received an email back from the BBB saying “ BBB has made several attempts to contact the business regarding the above referenced complaint. We regret to inform you that we have not received a response from the company. The case has been closed as will be reported as UNANSWERED.”

Like someone said already I wish I could give zero stars!!!!! Months of waiting and ignored emails to customer service terrible way to do business I wouldn’t recommend I cancelled my subscription after waiting and paying for almost 3 months yeah my stupidity kept forgetting to cancel but horrible and no refunds!
