The worst customer service and THE WORST underwear. Don’t give them your money!! I had trouble finding how to cancel and tried emailing them for help, they tell you to expect a response between 24-48 hours. 6 days and a monthly charge later I get a response that everything I need is on the website. Like... yeah I’m sure it is but if you could just point me in the right direction that would be great? The sizes are inconsistent and almost all of them fell apart or were incomplete among arrival.

£11.99 for 3 pairs of CHEAP knickers. One pair was literally 2 bits of material stitched together, no elastic, no gusset, no hemming, and the other two pairs were shedding fibres everywhere just taking them out the packet. Save yourself the money and go Primark and get yourself 15 pairs for the same price.

Real shame that this company is clearly a scam. Their adverts and undies look amazing.
My money was taken over a month ago, but I have received nothing. Contacted customer services who eventually got back to me just asking for my address and if I have checked the post!? I've cancelled my subscription completely and asked for a refund, which I have absolutely no hope I will ever receive.

*AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE*
A month after I was due to receive my order, and after several emails trying to get an update and then finally asking for a refund as I am fed up waiting, I am told that is my responsibility to track where my order is as they cannot "control the delivery process". So I have been refused a refund and also told that its my problem. Needless to say I have cancelled my subscription and will never use thrm again!!

Terrible customer service, poor quality and sizing not consistent, complained by email and it took a week for a response... response almost seemed automated... my issue was never resolved. Complained on Facebook and my comment was deleted and I was blocked from their page. Would not recommend them.

Stay away it’s a scam have not received product. Will not provide tracking information and will claim they are working on issues when they are just providing run around. Stay away it’s not worth it as you will just be donating your money to scum.

Instagram post made them look quality, what turned up was a cheap pair of nylony pants that were half ways between a thong and Brazilian. Cancelled my subscription straight away

I complained on their facebook page about receiving faulty goods with large holes in the sides, only to have my comments deleted and to be blocked from their page all together. I can't even message them. An absolute scam!
Quality is awful as well, one damaged, one lace pair has very thin see through gusset fabric so imagine what will happen there.
The other pair, the orange one with bats on is doubled over fabric? I can't explain this well enough but its like 2 knickers sewn together and essentially the opposite of a no vpl.
This will probably show through your clothing like you're wearing a nappy.
Update. 3 years after leaving this review I get a email from trust pilot asking for my order number. So clearly they're hoping to remove negative reviews by banking on the fact that people won't have that info. Thankfully I have every email between me and the customer service team, which I'm happy to provide if there's any more doubt that I unfortunately spent money with this awful company.
Also have a copy of paypal giving me a full refund when I explained the situation where as KK refused to give me a full refund. Always go to paypal or your bank.

The sizes and quality were inconsistent on the packages I did receive but everything was super cute so I kept trying. The primary problem is the lack of service. They didn't pay postage on a package. Apparently buried in their terms and conditions it says that if they fail to pay postage it's my responsibility to pay for the postage and give them a receipt and they will reimburse me. I had no idea what the postage due notice was for or who it was from and I wasn't about to pay postage for something when I always prepay postage on deliveries. There was no reshipping, no offer of a discount off of a future purchase to offset. It was all my fault for not reading their T&C clearly. It's too bad they don't realize that it's cheaper to keep the customers you have than to find new ones.

I have not received my July order. They billed me in August even though I skipped and order. I had to go to the post office to repay for shipping ( they didn't even pay what they charged me)
They just keep sending me the same automatic messages. I would not recommend to even my worst enemy! Worst service ever!
