Communication. Was bounced between 2 offices and took 3 weeks to get lease done

Great friendly staff and the maintenance guys are so nice and they come as soon as as you call. The only issue I have are my upstairs neighbors..they are so so noisy. And the tenants are constantly breaking the gate outside. Other than that it's great!

"Clean"

Clean, Quiet, and paying rent is very convenient.

"So Far So Good"

The move-in process was easier than the application process. I wish they had given me the whole packet of information to begin with so I knew everything I had to complete and there were no surprises. Instead, I got the packet last and there is a lot of information in there. The pool and grounds are groomed daily which is really nice! But the pool is closed on Sundays which is one of my only free days usually. I ordered a package that got stolen before I could get to it, so make all deliveries to the front office.

"They Can Do Better"

I'm a new tenet and the only thing I had an issue with was the slow response form the maintenance department. It shouldn't take a 10 days to have hot water. Other than that so far so good.

"Regret and Disappointment"

When my daughter and I moved in, the apartment was not prepped for a move-in. The kitchen sink was dirty, the floors had not been swept, there was no stove or refrigerator in the kitchen, the window panes and blinds were dirty. There was a dead roach on the floor in the kitchen and pantry. It was very discouraging and made us question our decision to live there. If it weren't for the lease signing, we would have moved elsewhere. We wished we could've seen the apartment before we signed it.

I really appreciate the help, support and opportunity to be part of Pangea. From the start it was an great experience from showing of the apartments to signing of the lease agreement. They made me feel welcomed and worthy of, my opinions mannered in all situations and I'm grateful. The workers was friendly & respectfully..thank you for choosing me and my family
