"Prix injustifiés sur les câbles"

Un câble USB-C à 40 CHF ou bien un câble USB-A à 29 CHF (pour connecter une imprimante à un ordinateur) bientôt l'imprimante coûtera moins chère que la câble , le prix n'est tellement pas justifié sur les câbles, faut pas s'étonner que les gens aillent ailleurs.

Transportversicherung ist eine absolute Lüge. Wenn etwas nicht stimmt sind die anderen Schuld aber nicht Interdiscount. Ich empfehle jedem eine Alternative zu nutzen. So erspart man sich viel Zeit und Nerven. Für mich war es das letzte Mal bei Interdiscount.

"Einfach nur unzuverlässig"

Ich bin einfach nur absolut enttäuscht von dem Laden.
Habe ein Headset bestellt weil ich es dringend benötigt habe. Die haben auf der Webseite gesagt:
in Stock ( in 1-2 Tagen geliefert)
Zuerst haben sie mir am Tag des Liefertermins(03.05), an dem ich logischerweise zuhause bleiben musste um das Packet in Empfang zu nehmen, eine Mail geschrieben es verzögere sich auf den 16.05, doch heute (dem 16.05) erhalte ich nichts und rufe Ihnen an.
In kurz: Sie haben es nicht in Stock, keiner kann mir genaueres sagen und mir wird angeboten noch einmal mehrere Wochen Geduld zu haben oder die Bestellung zu stornieren.
Dieser Laden ist einfach nur inkompetent, bei jeder Bestellung die ich bisher dort getätigt habe kam es entweder zu einer Verspätung oder zu einer Falschinformation über das Produkt selbst.

Bin sehr enttäuscht und werde von nun an diesen Laden um jeden Preis meiden.

Habe noch nie ein Review geschrieben, doch ich hoffe dieses hält eine andere Person davon ab, von diesem Laden Dienste in Anspruch zu nehmen.

Ma commande a été livrée avec des prises européennes et non conformes à la Suisse. Le prix était attractif, trop attractif. Aucune mention n'était faite de cette particularité. C'est très peu correcte.
Interdiscount a entre temps pris contact avec moi et s'est excusé du désagrément, ce que j'ai bien apprécié. Service après vente excellent. merci.

I bought myself an ASUS Laptop (Flow x13). The battery started having issues within about 2 months after purchase due to a model-specific error that many other users on the internet have experienced with this specific laptop. We are not talking about the natural wear of any battery. We are talking about a mistake in the design of the laptop that inhibits the charging and discharging of the laptop. the battery percentage will stay at a certain number and won't increase when plugged in and won't decrease when unplugged until it suddenly gives up without a proper shutdown procedure (I booted into Linux too... same issue). It's a very strange issue that has nothing to do with the eventual wear of the battery, instead is an issue with the systems involved in controlling and monitoring power to and from the battery.
When I contacted Interdiscount to repair the laptop, they claimed that I was not eligible for warranty as the issue in question concerned the battery, which is a "verschleissteil" (English: item subject to wear). This is completely obnoxious because, as previously explained, the battery clearly did not wear and instead something in the laptop malfunctioned which might even not be the battery itself.

Interdiscount offered to repair the laptop for about 400 CHF even though I was still well within my 24 months warranty coverage. I tried to fight it proving to them that:
1. The issue is not related to the natural gradual wear of the battery and instead caused by a sudden permanent malfunction in the device's hardware/firmware, which likely even originates outside of the battery.
2. Many other buyers of this laptop experience the exact same highly-specific issue, which means the issue should not fall under "gradual battery wear" and should instead be regarded as an error inherent in the design of the laptop that should be corrected for any affected customers!

However, Interdiscount customer support had found a way to blame the issue on wear of the battery, even though this is CLEARLY not the case and would not even acknowledge the arguments I brought. They are a company that will wrongfully push warranty cases into ineligibility by aggressively misusing purchase agreements. This is simply wrong and fraudulent! Stay clear of this company!

Eigentlich ist ein Stern zuviel.
Nachdem ich einen HP Drucker zur Reparatur abgeben hatte, ging das Desaster los. Nach unzähligen Telefonaten und mehr als einen Monat später, wurde mir ein neuer Drucker angeboten. Ich hatte aber definitiv keine Lust mehr, diesen im Interdiscount zu kaufen. So wurde mir einen Einkaufsgutschein der Coop-Gruppe angeboten. Aber logischerweise muss ich dem auch wieder hinterher rennen. Hände weg von diesem Laden! Kundendienst ist ein Fremdwort.
