I ordered my gift cards on September 9, 2024. I never received them. I emailed customer support twice and never got a response. I still have not received my gift cards. This is highly upsetting. I feel like my money was stolen. If I could give zero stars I would.

The gift card won’t work, but the money got pulled from my account to pay for it. When I tried using the chat option, I wasn’t getting responses & I have emailed company and still nothing has been resolved

The electronic gift has not been delivered to the recipient. It was supposed to be a surprise birthday gift. I did not get what I paid for.

I ordered gift cards this morning (two for $100 each) for Airbnb. I checked my email as it was the method of choice to receive my e-gift certificates however I received an email from Giftcards.com stating a Risk Rejection due to FRAUD!!!! Another email indicated due to cardholder protection, they are unable to see why order couldn’t be processed! Therefore my order was canceled! This is ridiculous and I would never use this service again! No explanation on what they considered fraud or anything! Just canceled because they can. Then I have to go through the process to be refunded.

"Lack of Confirmation"
Received a confirmation when I placed my order. Later that day, I received an email stating "rejected" with no explanation. I submitted a ticket to customer service and received the automated acknowledgement. It's been a week and no follow up. I don't know what is happening.
