They do not let you know if / when they send the virtual card. You will receive an email that confirms your purchase-ONLY. It’s strange not to receive notice that the card has been electronically delivered. I tried finding out thru their customer Svc & all that resulted in was that they resent the card (@11:30pm).

Super quick and easy. I send them often to my daughter in another state. Love the instant delivery. I’ve used gift cards.com multiple times and have never had an issue.

"Awful experience"
Awful experience; way more difficult than it needed to be. I had to place my order THREE times, because it kept getting cancelled. Never could get anyone on the phone or in the chat to explain/help. I was ordering multiple cards, and I don't know if that was the problem or what - I never found out. I ended up having to place separate orders for all 8 cards. I will NOT be using giftcards.com again. Just waiting now for the third cancellation email. That will be the last straw.
ETA: 6 of the 8 cards bounced back a third time. I gave up.

"Gift card not received"
The gift card was supposed to be instant. The gift card has not been received by the recipient. It was purchased on 9-12-2024 and as of 9-14-2024 the gift has not been received. I've called the customer service number three times and I'm transferred to customer support for giftcards.com and put back in the queue. This has happened three times with long hold times and still no resolution.
