"Poor"
I've been trying to get an RFID card set up on our account for the last week. Every time I ring up the very nice receptionist takes my details and says that someone will phone back. Comes to the end of the day and I haven't heard anything, ring the next day, same thing happens!

"Disgraceful scam"
Disgraceful scam. Your bank will fully refund you for any so called “admin” fees they try and take from you so just phone your bank for full refund. Charge point didn’t work but they took £50 from my bank for zero charge. They’re now deducting £5, only refunding £45, for “admin charge”. This scam company needs fining so I’m contacting ombudsman today

"My experience in Ireland"
My experience in Ireland: Avoid. You create an account and add money, that is easy, when you have to charge is when the problems start.
They dont have an app (strange in 2023). Webiste takes forever to load and it took me 40 minutes to finally get connected. It's 0.40p (no Euros even though is in Ireland). Overall a poor user experience and I recommend to use a different provider to charge your car

"Poor website and experience"
Poor website, chargers don’t connect, website spelling all over the place. Really need to get sorted out especially at a corporate location.
The charger may not cost but perhaps that is why… it doesn’t work! This was at Peterborough Westpoint

"Awful!!!"
Awful! Don’t use sheffield, Chesterfield road charging point. Put £25 in and didn’t work!
You won’t get ur money back either. shouldn't be allowed, what if that charging point was my only option.

"Absolute Con"
Had to set up an account and add £25 to use the charge. Turned out that it was broken. Trying to get my money back. Provided feedback on their website
and also emailed them as no other way to contact them. Will be raising this with the ombudsman

"Unfortunately this is a fradulent…"
Unfortunately this is a fradulent company who’ll happily take your money but when you can’t charge, will ignore your requests for a refund. I’ve been unable to reach anyone from the company regarding my refund- absolute joke and waste of money! I’ll be taking this further…

"Not even one star as I never got any…"
Not even one star as I never got any charge as the EV number on the side of machine was not showing on the web site then it showed for a very short time but never linked through. This was at a new Premier Inn in Bury St Edmunds. I had driven 140 miles in my all electric and I was going to have to drive another 160 miles on the 140 I had left. I was very very stressed by it. I did notice the 4G was very poor and decided that may have been the problem. If that is the case it needs sorting.

"Unethical EV company - avoid"
Same as other comments. Attempted to charge vehicle at RHS Wisley, put £10 on account. Charge station didn’t work then was unable to easily obtain refund. Their website is obstructive to securing a refund or finding customer service details. The email responses from them were incredibly unprofessional and rude. They told me I should have looked at the T&C’s properly. Who is going to notice this unexpected charge in the small print when you’re desperately trying to find an operational EV station? Only after several no nonsense emails from myself did they agree to repay the full £10. I suggest people with similar experiences report them to the Government regulator. This should not be allowed to occur.
