Recently brought Barbour wellies and already the lining inside has disintegrated around the back leaving the heel area exposed. This ripped material now bunches up and rubs constantly. Really poor for the money you pay

Always fast delivery and great products. Most recent purchase was Bedlington boots. Good quality and comfortable.
Have also sent my coat for cleaning and rewaxing in the past which worked well.

Bought a pair of boots loved the design and wearing them but the sole came off in a month. Barbour investigated the issue and offered me credit to buy a new set I chose a different style of boot and again loved them but unfortunately again after a short period of time the boot showed structural issues so returned again to Barbour. Yes again they offered me credit but at this point lost faith in their products which is sad because the designs of the boots are nice. Won't be using them again.

Absolutely fell in love with stylish looks and fit, however terrible material used on the international jacket. The condensation makes you sick. Absolutely soaks you!! I kid you not never buy one of these what a waste of £220 on the other hand Atleast it’s hardly used after a year. Just can’t wear it ni matter what the weather.

Had to return a coat that I purchased after not even a year as the zip was faulty. Was told prior that if they couldn’t repair then I would be offered a replacement. They couldn’t repair so offered the replacement but didn’t have the exact coat that I had so I was asked to chose another one at the same price. The coat wasn’t purchased directly through Barbour and they didn’t have to offer me anything so the fact they did was kind of them, hence the reason I’m not giving 1*. However, most of the coats were out of stock so they sent me a gift card. Every time I’ve been on the website since January (I wanted a winter coat to replace) a lot of items have been out of stock (it seems once it’s gone, it’s gone and they do not restock). Waited for spring/summer to get a lightweight coat, again a lot of items out of stock. I finally found something I like which is in stock and you can’t even use the gift cards online! There are no stores even remotely near to where I live so now I will have to travel god knows how far to spend it. It’s a lot of money to just throw away so I’m extremely disappointed

Took jacket for re proof,I asked”how long?”told,take 10 days,received email app,10 days later telling me they had my jacket.
Traveled to pick it up and was informed that it was not there and that it had been sent to their factory for the treatment which will take??? they couldn’t say.Absolute rubbish customer service

I had some moccasin slippers bought for me at the end of October. By February the soles had split and the lining had worn away. This was not the quality I would expect from a brand such as Barbour and I am very dissatisfied and disappointed by this as I thought paying for a good brand would mean quality and longevity.

Purchased a pair of Chelsea mens boots. Wore a handful of times and they are coming apart at the seams already!.
Emailed customer service to explain, no reply! Oh well barbour another customer lost. Thanks for nothing
