"La Super Excess Refund è una bufala!"

Terza recensione. Una truffa bella e buona. Noleggio auto dal 3 al 6 giugno. Stipulo la Super Excess Refund. Riporto l'auto (Creta) e mi vengono trovati 2 segni piccoli ed insignificanti, ma il contratto parla chiaro. Pago 370€ pensando che comunque avevo stipulato la super excess refund e che i soldi mi sarebbero tornati. Attendo 90 giorni inutilmente, scrivo, chiedo spiegazioni: nulla. Ricevo una generica risposta solo dopo aver scritto su Trustpilot. Ad oggi i giorni sono quasi 170... E' brutto esser preso in giro, ma per fortuna ci sono gli avvocati! Leggendo le recensioni sembra che sia la loro policy non rispettare la Super Excess Refund e non risarcire.

Used this so called company to hire a car in Malta with Target rent. We were scammed into giving a deposit with assurance that the deposit would be pain back in 1-2 weeks. 3 months later and nothing has been returned. Hard to believe that people make a living from making other peoples lives a misery by causing stress and financial hardship. Avoid this company at all costs.

En julio he pagado un voucher de vehicle-rent para alquilar un coche en Navidad en la oficina de Álamo Ginebra Airport FR. Ayer llegando a la oficina de alquiler de Álamo, me comentaron que nunca recibieron el voucher de vehicle-rent, y que nunca han trabajado con esta empresa. Contacte inmediatamente vehicle-rent por teléfono (nadie contesto después de 1 hora de espera llamando a la vez a España /Francia/uk. Por mail nadie contestó tampoco. Resumen : soy una víctima de una clara estafa de vehicle-rent porque me han cobrado un alquiler ficticio, y encima ahora debo de pagar un coche a precio de oro para las Navidades.

Absolutely do not use guys!! I rent cars abroad frequently and can confirm these guys are scammers. Seriously, con artists. Their website looks legit, you might even be forwarded to it by a comparison site like I was but they are a scam. Rented a car in Madeira and used without incident, on handing it back the guy made up a bogus piece of damage to the wheel rim and charged almost €150 euros for a new alloy. I disputed the charge then and there but couldn’t get through to him. He was delighted the moment he realised we had paid a damage waiver fee as they clearly operate an insurance swindle. Now been waiting 93 days to get my money refunded and every time I call I just get told they will “escalate it to the claims department”. I openly suggested that they don’t even have such a department and the woman on the phone didn’t even sound shocked.

What they respond with below will be the same old nonsense but trust me this is a scam. Look at ALL the other people who never got their money back too (google MoneySavingExpert and their name to see)

Can’t escalate further as they aren’t members of any ombudsman service or higher complaints department. They need to be shut down. I will be investigating legal proceedings

A metà settembre 2019 ho comprato tramite Veichle Rent un noleggio auto per il periodo 06-09 dicembre 2019, comprensivo di pacchetto "Relax" che prevede la disdetta fino a quando non si ritira l'autovettura per un totale di 90 euro. I primi giorni di dicembre (3-4 dicembre), ho inviato a mezzo email disdetta della prenotazione regolarmente accettata e confermata dal CustomerService (vehicle-rent). Non sarò molto lungo ( non vi dico quante volte li ho contattati ), comunque ad oggi 20 dicembre non mi hanno ancora restituito i miei soldi, adducendo sempre scuse diverse ogni volta che li ho contatti. Non è corretto e non è giusto un comportamento del genere. Mai più con loro. Gli ho dato 2 stelle grazie all'onestà di alcuni loro operatori che hanno sempre tranquillamente ammesso le loro mancanze.

I had done a booking via them and had super excess refund of around 900Euro. I had filed it in June and they had acknowledged to transfer it within 90 days. But now, its over 180 days and still I haven't received any money.
On top of that, despite of my 10000 efforts to chase them, they don't bother to reply. Initially they used to say we have escalated your case to accounts department and all and now, they won't even reply.
The worst service! I had wished I had not booked via their site.
These thieves want to keep our hard earned money.
And on top of that, they always say they don't have any access to accounts department. WOW. Seriously?
TELL US CLEARLY IF YOU INTEND TO KEEP OUR MONEY. WRITE IT HERE AND YOU ARE FREE.

"Total scam - AVOID!!!"

Total scam. Steer well clear of this company who are based in Slovenia. My story is the same as so many others on here. Took the extra insurance, got a dink on the door at a supermarket, went to claim refund on extra insurance I’d taken out. Chased and chased and chased. Still no sign of refund after 5 months. Going to call credit card company tomorrow and try chargeback. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I can see Vehicle Rent have responded with one of their standard copy & paste stock responses. I don't believe for one minute that my refund is being processed, just the same as all the other hundreds of examples on TrustPilot. This matter is now in the hands of my credit card company to resolve and I am seeking legal advice.

Мошенники!!! Они даже бронь не могут уже отменить неделю и пишут что потерпите , скоро на почту получите подтверждения об отмене. Другие конторы это делают автоматом в течение суток. Отмените бронь и пришлите подтверждения и деньги!!!! Терпения уже нет!!!!
