"excédant non remboursé"
J'ai du payer 106 MAD de plus car le préposé m'a obligé de faire le plein 8/8 alors que je l'avais reçu (contrat à l'appui) 7/8. J'ai écris et j'ai envoyé des photos mais rien à faire. J'ai même donné une chance avant d'évaluer négativement. Je les avais averti que j'allais le faire si on ne me rembourse pas l’excédant. Dommage car j'avais loué plusieurs fois chez eux sans voir la concurrence. Maintenant je vais voir ailleurs, peut etre qu'il y a des compagnies aussi abordable mais avec un service clientèle meilleur. Pas d’excédant j'espère.
Je vous conseille de bien voir les autres compagnies, des fois le prix n'est pas tout!!

This is an insurance scam, plain and simple. How they are in business is truly puzzling as all their insurance policies are a money grab. If you purchased "insurance" from vehicle rent, also known as CAR TARGET GROUP, you will never see a dime from them should you file a claim.
If you haven't already, contact your credit card provider/bank and ask for a chargeback. You can file a chargeback even if 6 months have passed since the initial charge, they have a special department to escalate such inquiries too.
I filed a complaint with my bank earlier today and am confident i'll receive my money back for some small scratches on my rental bumper. I paid $400 euros for miniscule sratthes on the back of the car and have waited over 6 months now. Enough is enough.
These scammers are based in Slovenia and think they are untouchable.

No correspondence, no refund, no consideration for customers. Honestly, I have no idea how they are still in business.

They replied to this comment asserting that they are doing "something". This is clearly another tactic of theirs in order to avoid paying out valid claims. They are underhand, dishonest and not people any sane person would consider entrusting their business to. If you deal with them having read this review, be it at your own peril.

We rented a car via vehicle-rent (as agent) with OptimoRent (who turned out to be Autovia) at Malpensa in Milan, Italy.
Here is our experience:
1 - hard to find the place (far from the airport)...the contract is with Optimo but it looks like it doesn't actually exist as a business, and eventually when I phoned I was taken to Autovia
2 - we were the only clients but had to wait for over an hour
3 - the only reason for waiting was an attempt to sell various things to us:
a) insurance (even though we took out comprehensive cover in the UK)
b) a second driver
c) the need for a second credit card
d) an upgrade
4 - we had to wait on the return when nobody was present
5 - we gave the car back on the same fuel levels but were asked to contribute for additional fuel
6 - we were charged for a traffic fine three months later with a 20 pounds penalty on the top even though we provided proof that we already paid the fine (incl. an email from the traffic department that payment has been received and processed)... a google search later and it looks like this is a standard scam, and the hope is the client will not notice or complain
7 - the strategy is: price low, and then scam as much as possible from the client and hope they don't complain

Pessima assicurazione, tanto vale non farla, auto noleggiata a Creta ad Agosto, rimborso accordato il 13 Settembre di € 700,00 ma ad oggi ancora nulla.
Vedo che ci sono in tanti nella mia stessa situazione e temo di essere incappato in una vera e propria truffa.
