Don’t trust this company, they are scum, thieves!! When I booked my car I thought I was booking with Europcar, just before my holiday I get an email from vehicle rent saying my booking has been cancelled?? And a refund on its way, and to go to Europcar desk at arrivals and pay again to Europcar?!!! Two months later I’m still waiting for refund!!!!! I’ve contacted them every week only to be told the same crap that they are looking into it, scamming scumbags!!!!AVOID AVOID!!!

Prenotato un'auto su aeroporto di Catania per il 18 dicembre 19, acquisto la copertura relax per essere più tranquillo al costo di 44,00 euro. Ma immediatamente dopo la prenotazione,in considerazione delle recensioni negative decido di annullare la protezione relax. Mi confermano annullamento polizza relax e confermano prenotazione auto. L'addebito fatto immediatamente .....invece per il riaccredito a tutt'oggi nulla. Ma io non mollo
Aggiornamento.,.oggi 9 gennaio 2020 ricevuto rimborso con accredito.....per cui mi ritengo soddisfatto grazie.

J'ai loué un véhicule du 23/12 au 10/01 en France sur le site véhicle rent pour un coût de 767.83€, somme débité de mon compte. Arrivé dans l'agence Sixt qui était le loueur j'apprends que la réservation avait été annulée... Car le compte de vehicle rent est bloqué !!! J'ai du loué de ma poche à 1324€, sans garantie d'être remboursé !!! La je sents le gros mal de tête arriver car pas d'engagement ferme de remboursement de vehicle rent. Début d'une grosse galère.
Les jours passent toujours aucune réponse du service contentieux. Vous me repondez sur trustpilot alors que tous mes emails à votre service contentieux sont restés sans réponse. Honte à vous bande d'escroc!

faccio notare che,oltre a essere chiaramente fraudolenti perchè i termini di rimborso sono ampiamente scaduti, anche i vari noleggi risultano parecchio sospetti, infatti a tutti coloro che hanno scritto recensioni negative sono stati riscontrati danni insignificanti (oserei dire inventati). la procedura nel mio caso (NEXT AUTO RENT,
AEROPORTO DI BUCAREST) è stata quella di visionare l' auto molto frettolosamente all'andata, mettendo pressione affinchè si facesse in fretta (con modi scorbutici), al ritorno un altro "funzionario" (che non era presente all'appuntamento perchè dormiva, ed è arrivato solo 40 minuti dopo la chiamata) ti approccia in maniera aggressiva e comincia a inventare segni invisibili dicendo che i sassolini (!!!) in autostrada hanno creato i danni e che quindi dobbiamo pagare 800 euro (due segni quasi invisibili!!!).
i toni sono minacciosi ecc ecc,, la mia fidanzata si spaventa per i modi e alla fine devi pagare pur sapendo che ti stanno fregando.
per fortuna c'è il super excess refund (da noi fatto preventivamente con Vehicle rent) che ci "garantisce" una assicurazione sui danni.
ormai sono 4 mesi che aspetto,e questa fantomatica Emily continua a scrivere inutili risposte con inutili promesse di prendersi carico non si sa quando (cioè si sa: mai!).
ora la cosa è in mano ad avvocati e sto sporgendo denuncia ai carabinieri,
ripeto,è una truffa, non fatevi fregare dalle recensioni positive, che non voglio nemmeno immaginare da chi siano state fatte, evitateli o denunciateli anche voi.

Если говорить про сервис бронирования, то 3 раза бронировал все удобно, без сбоев, отмена бронирования работает, например когда цена дешевле появилась прям у них перебронировал. Хотя функционально слабее ведущих агрегаторов, нет мобильного приложения и личного кабинета. Ещё стоит отметить, что не всегда представлен полный перечень компаний, причем это может зависеть от определенного дня, herz, avis вообще никогда не выдает.
Но есть преимущество это страховка на возврат франшизы и ее стоимость самая низкая, что я встречал.
Последнее бронирование (HN15799427) бронь в centauro в Испании. Вернул машину по окончании путешествия на приеме сказали все ОК. Спустя несколько дней списали 150 евро написал в centauro. Прислали мутное фото, типа прокол колеса заметили на мойке, ну вообщем Centauro, goldcar - это как лотерея либо вас разведут, либо вы за копейки покатаетесь по европе. Обратился вvehicle-rent направил документы. Компания запросила реквизиты для оплаты, после чего связь пропала. Прошло больше 2х месяцев ответов ни на письма, ни на заполненную форму через интернет не было. Дело в том, что из переписки не было понятно удовлетворено моя обращение или нет, и какой требуется срок для возврата. После негативного отзыва на данном ресурсе со мной связались и через неделю отправили деньги.

Учитывая стоимость страховки по возврату франшизы это самое выгодное предложение на рынке, в моем случае сработало деньги вернули.

П.С. Странно но сейчас почему то не могу забронировать машину в аэропорту Аликанте.

guys ,you should take a look trust pilot to see customer review. there are a lot of people had bad service and they do not get their cash back. this company is a scam company and you can never reach via e-mail or other method. They just say sorry but do nothing...

They just steal your money.

I rented with them and I used the relax package which was supposed to get me my money back in case of any cancellation.
I cancelled a week before I was supposed to pick up the car and after 2 months I still haven't seen my money.
They said that they actually sent my money back and that if it was taking a longer time I should've asked my bank.
I talked to my bank just to hear them saying that they never sent the money to me.

Luckily it was just 45 euros of deposit but THEY ARE A SCAM.
They didn't even reply to my last emails.

Really bad company.

We booked through vehicle-rent a car in Germany Munich during the summer end of July. We used their relax package which includes insurance that covers the excess in damage. The rental company delivering the service was BuchBinder
Unfortunately we had some minor accident, we paid the damage to BuchBinder, which ultimately Vehicle Rent is supposed to refund
4 months and still no refund. Always receiving this email from them:

"Dear Mr Wahl,

we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

We did not receive yet the confirmation from the accounting department that your refund was issued. We reassure you that we are doing everything that we can regarding your case to arrange the refund in the shortest time possible.

We sincerely apologize for the delay in your case and we thank you for your patience. "
You should not use the Slovenian based company under no reason.
All the people in the same case, should complain to the rental car company offering saying that Vehicle Rentel/Car Target/Mehr als Mietwagen is not a thrustworthy broker company
