Rented a car with the relax package. Had a damage and were entitled a refund at the beginning of august. Since then no money. Emailed them and always get the same standard answer that they are sorry for the delay, ...
Legal action might resolve the issue.

still no money... 148 days (= 4.8 months) since I was entitled a refund of 840 euros.

Still no money... Company is not responding to emails anymore. For non eu citizen I think the only option I have is to pass my case to a debt enforcement agency. Since I have written confirmation from vehicle-rent that they owe me money, there is no doubt about their obligation to pay.

"Fraudulent sale of Excess insurance"
In June I rented a car for my daughter who escorted her grandmother to Croatia, with full excess cover through Vehicle rental aka Car Target Group d.o.o Travel agency in Ljubljana, Verovškova ulica 55, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.
Unfortunately, she had a small accident and the rental company kept her deposit of Eur 750 and told her that she should be able to claim it back in UK.
She has submitted all the paperwork as requested to Vehicle Rental and subsequently she received authorisation for claim payment from Post Rental support (July 2019). The message was same as most claimants from this company have received - it will take 90 days for the claim to be processed and money refunded.
At that point we did not think anything was wrong. She has waited 120 days and after not having any further communication from the claims team she has emailed them asking about progress but again with no reply whatsoever. She contacted customer support of Vehicle-rent who promised to take it up with the accounts team but again with no success. During last month she sent them several emails and called them as well but again no answer whatsoever.
We became suspicious and started to check on various internet forums for reviews of the company and realised that there are lots of people who have the same issues with the company- everything is fine until you have a claim - and although you have paid to indemnify the excess the company is not refunding money to anybody.
We discovered that the company does not have any presence in U.K. They are formed by a few ex Sixth employees in Slovenia in 2011 and the company acts as a virtual broker. The business model that they use is is based on fraud - the excess that they sell and collect the money for is not going through proper insurance company but they keep all the money and in event of claim they don’t want to pay out. They have a dedicated claim person but so far he did not answer nor acknowledged our messages. The company is not member European Car Rental Conciliation Service reconciliation service so after numerous calls and exchange of emails we are now going to start legal action.

As other customers have specified I have rented a car last summer with the Super Excess Refund. I had a damage, I received the confirmation that I had right to the refund but after more than 3 months I haven't received anything. I will proceed legally, as specified in my last email

Cheap but completely pointless! SCAM AND FRAUDULENT COMPANY.
I paid for excess cover when hiring a car. I had a small accident which caused some minor damage. After paying the car rental company the excess I claimed back from these cowboys.
It has been 6 months. 2 months after claim I have been told my claim is accepted but have to wait 90 days. 90 days have passed. I have been waiting 4 months now. I have sent several emails and complained. I received no reply.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER.

As with other reviewers I received the same BS response saying "emily" will look at my claim. Over a week later and nothing. This is actual fraud and theft.

"Emily" who I suspect isn't a real person has responded. I received an email from this scam artist many months ago confirming my application had been to the accounting dept and confirmed the amount due to be paid to me. Several months later and well past the 90 days waiting time I am still waiting on this payment.
If you purchased even partially through your credit card I would suggest individuals contact their card provider (I.e. your bank) and ask Visa, Mastercard etc to help.
Again, avoid vehicle rent, they will scam you.

It's been months and I still have not heard from this bunch of thieves. I have however put a claim through my credit card and I have received my payment from them.
This company is based in eastern europe it is not uk based and is NOT REGULATED BY FCA OR A MEMBER OF REPUTABLE BODY

similar to many many of other victims here. i am confronting a problem of claiming for super excess refund. i was told to be entitled for €900 claim on 26th July 2019. but then there were no progression afterwards and all the replies were the same as those could be seen here. only apologizes and sorry without any further actions along with their promise of escalating the case to the account department. not sure if there is one though. All the emails to the post rental support and CS were being ignored. They make no reply at all.
The uncovered administration fee is also a problem as they did not state the rate in any sense that make them very conducive to charge as much as they want. .
Legal action is expected to settle the dispute.
