"Car rental -;green motion"

What a bad experience with this company. I travelled back in August 19 to Turkey, Antalya. I purchased a vehicle renting with this company. All seemed fine until I reached Antalya to find that the shop was closed. All attempts to get in touch in them were in vain. I had to take a cab to my hotel, 70 km away.
Since then I have been contacting them for a refund of the amount paid. I had to send numerous emails to get a reply and finally yesterday, they replied and said that the car rental company said that they were still open at the time and therefore they cannot do any refund.
I know it might not be vehicle-rent's fault but they do not seem to have a clue about the company they deal with, took over 4 months to deal with an issue and treating customers very unfairly. As I told them, it was not about the money, but about the principle. I will definitely steer clear from them from now on.

"Потеря денег, нервов и времени"

Одна звезда за низкую цену на аренду, во всё остальном - полное отсутствие сервиса: начиная перепиской с компанией - отвечают долго и не по существу, заканчивая возвратом франшизы (до сих пор не вернули деньги, спустя почти четыре месяца после страхового случая).

Отдельно про возврат франшизы:

Через Vehicle Rent я забронировал автомобиль в автокомпании Keddy с 22 июля по 29 июля 2019 года с получением и возвратом автомобиля в аэропорту Ламеция-Терме. Номер бронирования авто в Vehicle rent OH73493280. Дополнительно была приобретена страховка Super Excess Refund.

При возврате автомобиля была обнаружена грыжа на правом переднем колесе автомобиля, за что Keddy снял с моего счёта 172.72 евро (damage s'charge) + 91 евро (Damage Admin Fee, включая налог 22%).

31 июля я написал в Vehicle rent, приложив все документы к письму. Ответ получил только 7 августа с запросом дополнительной информации. 9 августа я направил дополнительную информацию. 16 августа мне ответили, что моя заявка успешно обработана, а также то, что мне вернут деньги в течение 90 дней. написали, что деньги вернут все кроме административного сбора за штраф.

Спустя 90 дней никаких денег на карту я не получил. 21 ноября я направил письма в адрес компании с уточнением, когда будут возвращены средства, компания сообщила, что мной был неправильно введён адрес из-за этого они не смогли перевести деньги. Адрес я направил, но деньги до сих пор не вернули.
Итого:
1. Компании абсолютно наплевать на своих клиентов. Чтобы решить проблему с Vehicle Rent, я написал в Skyscanner. Там мне ответили сразу же, по существу, с полным вовлечением, написали в Vehicle Rent и после этого Vehicle Rent стал отвечать активнее.
2. Деньги будут возвращать максимально долго, а может и вообще не вернут. Банк снял с меня больше 1000 рублей как процент пользования кредитом - это та сумма, которую мне должен вернуть Vehicle Rent на кредитную карту.

Короче, ребята, не пользуйтесь этой компанией, если не хотите тратить свои нервы, время и деньги.
Кстати, по всем претензиям компания, если и отвечает, то только общими фразами, никакой конкретики, ничего в итоге не делают.

"Cancellation protection, but still no refund"

I arranged a booking with this company with the reassurance that cancellation protection was included. Having now needed to cancel my booking I have no confidence that I will be refunded. I have sent numerous email requests and called customer services over several weeks since requesting it, only to be told that it is in progress with no indication given of when this will be refunded. This is terrible service for such a simple request which is sold as a benefit of booking with this company.

Empresas nada recomendable.
No cumple con su contrato de paquete Relax.
Después de más de 100 días sin tener noticias suyas y no responder a mis correos me veo obligado a poner una reclamación en el Centro Europeo del Consumidor.
Esté fue su último correo:

"Estimado señor :

gracias por su correo electrónico.

Confirmo que su reclamación se ha procesado satisfactoriamente y que los detalles de su cuenta bancaria se han enviado a nuestro departamento de contabilidad el 22.08. 2019.

Tiene derecho a un reembolso de 673,18 EUR. Tenga en cuenta que la tarifa de administración y la tasa de inmovilización no están cubiertas por la opción de Súper reembolso de franquicia.

Tenga en cuenta que puede tardar hasta 90 días para que se procese el reembolso, sin embargo, le responderé tan pronto como reciba una confirmación.

Le agradezco nuevamente su cooperación y paciencia.

Filed a claim, been promised money within 90 days, it's been 140, and much like many many others here I am left waiting, and customer care is copy-pasting emails with no answers.

"We paid for the relax package back in…"

We paid for the relax package back in April at Preveza in Greece. The woman at the airport made some excuse to take another €50 in cash off of us. No idea why.

We got a flat tyre and were charged £300 for it. We should have got a refund but 142 days later we are getting ignored.

They are a SCAM. DO NOT BOOK.

"Shambles"

This company are a complete joke and they should be ashamed of how they treat customers and run their company. I don't know how they sleep at night. I've been waiting 5 months now. Phone calls and emails don't make any difference. All I get are excuses. It's embarrassing and I really don't know how they get away with it. Please surprise me and refund my claim this week!!!

Still nothing!! Why is your company so bad at customer service. Why does it take so long to do a refund!!

Still nothing. No emails or communication. I've now contacted my credit card company to see if I can claim from them. I've also contacted the ombudsman to see how I can take it further as well.

"Double charged Booking Reference EX14004168"

Arrived in Poland after pre paying for my hire vehicle. On arrival told not received payment and charged again. Told to contact customer service who will sort it get a reply
We sincerely apologize for the issues on the location and we thank you that you sent the documents. We will forward it to our reclamation department and they will check the charges and contact the agency.


24 01 20 well still not received a refund even after talking g to an agent no reply from emails really the worst car hire company I have ever come across

"SCAM"

Like many others, I have experienced that the insurance is a scam. Despite having accepted the claim there are excuses why it still has not been paid 5+ month after having rented the car. First being told it takes up to 90 days. After 90 days still nothing. Constant chasing via phone and email with the same responses that you can read in other reviews.

If you really wanted to rectify the situation, it would not take 5+ months.

It is quite funny, how emails are never responded to but if you give a negative review there will be a non saying response within a few hours. Unfortunately, it is very transparent and everyone reading these reviews will know what to do. Too bad, I did not read these reviews prior to booking.

I copied the CEO Jan Starman on other senior officials from parent company Car Target Group into my emails but nobody bothers to sort it out.

Edit: Your response means absolutely nothing. It is just to keep up appearance on a public review site. My 15+ emails and calls have been ignored. There is nothing new to the case. You have been reviewing and prioritising it many many times, however there never is any action. Everyone reading this review, please avoid this company.
