Malísima experiencia. Buen precio sí, pero el servicio es horrible.

Mucho tiempo de espera para recibir el coche, y un pequeño rayón en una puerta nos supuso casi 500 euros.

Por suerte, teníamos el seguro que ofrece la propia compañía, el cual no se hace cargo del total, y por si fuera poco tardaron casi 5 meses en ingresarnos el dinero después de innumerables llamadas y correos.

"Super excess refund scam, Do not BUY!"

I booked with them on 17th June and made a claim on return of the vehicle provided all necessary documents and got a reply that amount of £370 is approved and you will receive it in 90 days. It is almost more than 150 days and i have called several times to ask that i have not been paid so far and always get the same reply that we are sorry we have escalated it to our claims department, but unfortunately we can only talk to them over email as they don’t have any phone line.

It’s a total scam please don’t become victim of it. You won’t ever be getting paid back any refund in case any mishap happens with the vehicle. I would recommend to buy separate insurance instead and don’t waste money on this super excess refund scam.

Very easy website to navigate, just input my dates, filter my requirements and I was quoted the best price I could find on line. Booking was confirmed immediately and I also received all the information needed to make the pick up as quick and easy as possible. Time will tell about the pick up procedure but I have been impressed with the process so far. Thank you Vehicle-Rent.

I made a reservation through the website, where is the information with zero cancellation fee, however, I can not cancel.
I already sent email, as directed on the site itself, but it has been almost a week and no response.
I do not indicate this site.

"AVOID at all costs"

AVOID at all costs. Company charged us 60 euro for being open on a Sunday to collect car despite this not being on original booking and we collected on correct date. After research-a lot of people have had similar issues with this company and never get repaid for damages/overcharging etc etc. Avoid at all costs as they are not under any ombudsman/protection so you have no comeback. Iv waited 4 months to be repaid and they just ignore, fob off etc

I purchased and paid for the RELAX package. It seemed watertight that there would be "no hidden fees".
Nothing else to pay (except refundable fuel).
I was under the impression it would be "Stress Free" & "No Hidden Fees". I was totally taken in by the claims and offer.
I paid Vehicle-Rent by UK credit card (£223.27).

The following amounts were ALSO taken from my bank:
€168.00
€250.00
€1071.00
€52.21

Trying to get matters sorted with Vehicle-Rent is very frustrating. They do not reply to questions but simply gloss over with meaningless replies wasting time. They simply do not care as they can pull custom in with deception that it will be stress-free.

At the pick up desk, I was totally under the impression there would be no extras to pay for except refundable fuel. I asked to speak to the manager. She said there was no one else that could help. More was taken from my bank than was told about. I was asked to wait while they dealt with other customers, while they spoke amongst themselves and spoke to cleaners etc.
I do/did not feel like a valued customer.
I felt/feel mistreated.
I felt/feel abused.
I FEEL TOTALLY ROBBED!

Update (22 January 2020):
I prepaid in full in the uk for car hire.
I opted and paid for the "Relax Package".
The "Relax Package" includes "Damage Excess Insurance".
I paid €1,071 as per contract for the excess as per "Relax Package"
Fuel is refundable on return of car with full tank.
I also paid €52.21 for fuel as per "Relax Package"

The Relax Package says NOTHING ELSE TO PAY.

At the service desk: A large deposit was taken from my bank €1,071.00 which confirms no other insurance should have been charged for.
The following further amounts were taken from my bank:
€168.00 (for a Mis-Sold insurance policy)
€250.00 (deposit as per mis-sold insurance policy)
€52.21 (refundable fuel amount)

The company was contacted as per the instructions given by the "Manager" at the collection desk.

DESPITE MANY EMAIL EXCHANGES THIS COMPANY REFUSES TO REFUND for a MIS SOLD INSURANCE POLICY.
REFUSES TO ADHERE TO THE COOLING OFF PERIOD.

BE VERY AWARE BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY.
