Anno 2022, je eigen retouren moeten regelen kan echt niet meer..

A company that treats customers with no sense of urgency doesn’t want your business … Wife found a jacket in the Charleston store so immediately ordered online when I got home (on the 23rd) it’s been over 72 hours and no shipping progress. Not worth it.

"Leuke kleding slechte kwaliteit"

Leuke kleding, maar slechte kwaliteit. Er ontstaan kleine gaatjes in de stof en na paar keer wassen is de vorm uit de kleding.

Bought a Scotch and Soda shirt which looked great on the manequin and when I tried it on in the store. But when I put it on to wear to a part it crinkled within 5 minutes of me putting it on. Given the price I expected a lot more. Do not recommend buying from this brand

"Fijne kleding, geweldige service"

Ik ben al ruim 10 jaar trouwe en tevreden klant bij Scotch. Helaas raakte mijn (grote!) retourzending van een weborder kwijt bij de pakketdienst. De klantenservice van Scotch (oa Darryl, Denise, Magda en Ynes) zocht een passende oplossing en deed dat op een veel menselijkere en vriendelijke manier dan ik van andere bedrijven gewend ben. Veel dank!

"Shorts are awful"

Shorts are awful. I bought a green Bermuda and the color fade off in 2 days of wearing under sun. Mention that it was brand new without washing in it.

"Shorts faded beyond all recognition..refused refund"

Avoid Scotch & Soda! Bought a few items from S&S shop a while back- looked really nice. Wore them a few times and then noticed the shorts no longer went with the shirts I previously wore them with. Eventually i realised the shorts were changing colour. They started a strong deep blue and are now a very much lighter gray.
I contacted S&S. They said 'oh yes, they're meant to do that'. Can you believe the cheek of them? They also said there's a (tiny) label in the shorts which says that's meant to happen. So these people realised at some point their shorts fade quickly and made up a story ...it's meant to happen. Oh but they kind of forgot to say when i bought them. Who wants their clothes to dramatically change colour? They refused to refund and ignored my emails. They weren't cheap. Charming! Avoid them - not a decent company, so can't trust them.

Beneden aan de kassa)zijn ze erg goed in klanten laten wachten blouse opkleukelen ipv vouwen om het vervolgens in een te klein tasje te proppen
Kortom slecht en zeker niet klantvriendelijk de credit gaan naar het meisje wat alleen stond boven en heel goed haar werk deed

Not happy with the recent experience we had with Scotch and Soda. Order online in the store at Breda was unsuccessful and we are still waiting for the refund on our current bank account.
