Hi, I have a pension managed by James Hay. Recently I have had cause to speak to them and I was dealt with by Elvan Scott, she was very helpful and when not sure on any point, put me on hold and clarified my query with colleague before responding. I found the service to be as expected, which is to say that I expect my questions to be resolved, which they were!

We mised the 'cut off' date for payment by 1 day and if it wasn't for Robert Moore at JH our client would have had payment issued in March.
Instead, Roger managed to get this through for Feb.

I had made the decision to take my pension as a lump sum and started the process, after experiencing a few difficulties I was connected to Jake Goddard he got involved with sorting the issues and kept me up to date with all that was happening, always telephoning when he said he would and explaining what was happening,
I know have my lump sum !!
