"Avoid at all costs - please do not use this company"
This company is/was also known as James Hay Partnership. A company that after nearly two years of messing our family around with my late Father's pension, is still no closer to getting anything sorted. Every time we phone we get told another form is in the post - someone has missed some details off - and every time we fill the forms out and send them back in. They obstruct any progress on the matter by telling everyone that they cannot tell each of us who is the culprit of said missing information. I now honestly think this company is a scam, or struggling financially (I wonder why the sudden name change..?!) - either way they have stolen hundreds of thousands of pounds and are not interested in giving it back.

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"
Would not recommend this company, would have given zero stars if I could.
My uncle set up a trustfund, he passed away in October 2022 and they have done every delaying tactic possible not the settle the claim.
We have completed all the forms which they then say they've not received when they were all sent together. They say they'll post out a new one, a week later, we're still waiting.
We made an official complaint which they upheld and offered compensation of £250.00 - a drop in the ocean to the trustfund but are still absolutely incompetent.
Next stage is to make a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman.
They're happy to take your money but don't want to give it back.
