I had been struggling to obtain information for months, each time I was given the incorrect information or no one would even look at the information. When I spoke to Chris Kwapisz, he made sure to do everything he could to get to the bottom of the issue. I called to put in a formal complaint, however Chris Kwapisz's determination to help on a rather complicated issue, meant that all the information I needed at that stage was found and I no longer needed to submit a formal complaint. Absolutely fantastic work and I hope his hard work, dedication, perseverance, and great communication skills are appreciated and rewarded by JH.

"Problem with money transfer"
I had a problem with a transfer of money from my advisor to James Hay. They had not put any reference on the transfer so it could not be allocated to my account which needed the money for my next pension payment. David Boucher was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He quickly found my money in a pending account and made sure it went into my account.

Having suffered endless delays and false promises of 'escalation' to us & to the transferring scheme, I managed to speak to Karris McIntyre on Friday 12.1.2024. Having explained the situation. She not only assured me that a) she would get this sorted (giving details of what she was going to do to achieve this) and b) promised to call me the next working day (Monday 15th Jan), but actually did so, with the final information, arriving at the transferring scheme that same day.

I contact James Hay on the 10th January 2024 and spoke with a Elvan Scott. I was new to using the James Hay Platform and Evan was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Elvan guided me through the process to retrieved the information I required very efficiently.

I contacted James Hay to access my tax free allowance from the uncrystallised portion of my SIPP. I spoke with Declan Pointon regarding the process and form to complete. Declan was very helpful answering all my questions and offering clear advice on how to proceed including immediate dates of importance. I am very pleased with James Hay and the support given.
