"A very satisfied customer. "

I’ve been a customer of James Hay for several years. In the past some of my dealings with them (especially during the pandemic) were pretty frustrating.
I recently called for some info on my investments and was extremely lucky to be put through to a lady called Elvan Scott. Absolutely brilliant. Sorted out my queries, waited whilst I did as instructed and then gave more really useful advice for any future problems I may encounter. A real credit to James Hay.

Congratulations to the James Hay Partnership for their brilliant customer service. I had several complicated queries on how to manage my pension pot and navigate my online account. I had no idea how things worked, Tracie Kidd had the patience of a saint, clarified everything to satisfaction, courteous and helpful beyond reproach. Thank you.

"Elva Scott exceptional customer service. "

I have been with JH for many years. Throughout those years I have varied enquiries and transactions. I always have confidence in the ability of the person whom deals with the same to provide adequate solutions.

It is a pleasure to deal with Elva Scott, who was quite clearly wishing to satisfy my recent issue until it was resolved .

A refreshing experience in today’s world that lacks customer service.

"Communicating with everyone at James…"

Communicating with everyone at James Hay over the past 20 years plus has always been easy, consise and pleasurable.
Dealing with Tracie Kidd in particular was so simple and precise because she has the patience of Job and nothing is too much trouble to ask her for. I felt very relieved by her attitude and her attention to detail in resolving all of my concerns queries in all respects

"James Hay suggested that ! would benefit...."

James Hay suggested that it would be of benefit to combine both of my Crystalised and Uncrystalised SIPPS which I held with them. They then took almost 6 months to do this including a 2 week perod when I couldn't trade online. When eventually they completed the process the benefit turned out to be much higher charges. I transfered my SIPPs to AJ Bell, a company I would recommend; I would not recommend James Hay!

"Pension advice"

I called to speak to somebody about my pension and jack Presley was the gentleman that answered my call. Jack was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me and j no o question I asked was a stupid question. He went through everything with me and was very patient.
