I must say that in the recent past I have found it very difficult to get help from James Hay. I am inexperienced at on line investment and pension management.
It has taken me a week, 3 secure mails and three phone calls to get to today.
Thankfully today i spoke with David Boucher and he guided me through a process which i hope will take where i wanted to go. I am very grateful to him as it has been a concern to my family.

James Hay used to be quite efficient. Not now.
A SIPP investor used to be able to sell shares in their James Hay SIPP by a very simple on line process. Now you have to fill in a complicated form and the share sale is not executed immediately. James Hay, in my view, is not a suitable platform for an investor who wishes to hold individual stocks quoted on the Stock Exchange.
James Hay have since told me that what their call centre told me was wrong and have apologised to me.
