"Ordered a wig from them almost a year…"

Ordered a wig from them almost a year ago. Received it and it looked NOTHING like the lace front that I ordered. The cap had a skin colored type of fabric underneath it as if to imitate the color of a scalp thinking it’s a lace front... WRONG. The entire unit was just bad and I was disappointed for spending $40+ on it...

I got my 2 wigs. I didn't like them and emailed them to find out how I go about returning them for a refund. It's been over a month and 1/2 and no info or response!! Not cool because they said easy 60 day returns!! BS!! Beyond pissed. 🤬

Item arrived within one week. Hair color matches perfectly and it looks pretty natural. Purchased the “messy bun” scrunchie. So easy to use. Hair looks natural and not too plastic or shiny. Very satisfied.

This was the first site for wigs that I found and ordered from. Seeing some of the negative reviews, I was skeptical and worried, but decided to give it a try. Overall I am very happy with my experience. The wigs are beautiful and of great quality. There is minimal shedding and they are well-made and comfortable to wear. The shipping really didn't take that long, considering all of the delays with COVID-19. I would order from them again, but wouldn't trust the "lace front" description unless I went specifically to the lace front page.

"I ordered two different wigs"

I ordered two different wigs. They were absolutely nothing like the pictures shown online. The colors (mixed grey) were way off and the hair looked like cotton candy. I will never ever order anything else from this company. The powers that be should be ashamed for running such a scam! It's not worth my time and money to return these items. I simply threw them in the garbage.

I ordered a 234.00 wig on feb 2nd now its march 24th still havent recieved my wig.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a fraud! Their wigs are not of quality material. Upon, trying to return the product, I was scammed and had money stolen from my account by this company. DO NOT purchase any item from them!

"They Refunded Me in a Timely Manner"

I ordered a wig from here, but shortly after, I found all of the reviews here on Trustpilot. I sent them an email asking them to cancel my order. They never replied to my email, but the next business day they had refunded the money to my account. I am giving them a 3 star review because of how timely they were in refunding me.

I ordered and received a wig Fri. Zaswddwig. It took over a month to receive and once I got it I was not happy. Poor quality, and very hard to get your money back. Horrible company.
