"Deception Not as it was advertise"

Bought 2 wigs from them in December because they were running a special... Took a while for the wigs to get here ...Very disappointed at the quality.. Need to return at this point. Emailing them ever since. It takes them weeks to get back to you..I sent them a picture of the wigs as they asked in order to confirm a return. that was January 12...That's 16 days ago.. No respond...Not at all what they portrait on their site and on youtube

"Terrible"

Terrible! I payed for a black lace front straight wig. They sent me a BROWN long curly.. no lace front wig.. when I told them this was the wrong order, they tried to say that I received the right order..We went back and forth, they offered me a 10$ refund. The crazy part was when they sent me a survey with the correct order asking me how was the wig.. So, the survey had the right order, but they lied and said I ordered a brown wig in which I would never do.. I was so over it! Also, it took over a month for me to receive it. Don’t waste your money, the hair quality is cheap. The wig is garbage and the Company is a rip off..

Ordered wig, took a while to arrive, however, when it arrived it wasn't like the picture wrote customer service, they claim the wig wasn't a lace front, yet the description and video they have on youtube clearly says and shows lace front, any how, I was refunded partial payment, yet when I inquired as to do they have the lace front, I never received an answer, I'm beginnig to think this is one of those companies that post a pic online to get you to buy and when it arrives it's nothing like what you ordered and they offer you a partial refund by advising you have to pay for the shipping back to them (in another country).

I bought 2 wigs and 2 accessories. Turns out they canceled my order and stole 50$ from me. Do not buy THIS IS A SCAM!! I was robbed of my money. They only refunded me a partial amount and canceled my order

Ordered a men's lace wig from them l. Looks nothing like the picture and doesn't even have a lace front. Will not order from them again.

I received my hairpiece. It was very inferior. I have emailed and called the company multiple times trying to obtain a return authorization number so that I can return it.

Although I received a response from one of the emails, I have yet to receive a return authorization number.

took forever to arrive then it turned out to look nothing like what they advertised, i even paid extra to get it thick and for it to look exactly like in the photo. looks so fake and not wearable, contacted them for a refund multiple emails and on different social platforms no answer whatsoever. but what do you expect from a scammy company that steal another hair company's contents products and photos (INH HAIR) to list as their own on their websites and watermark them too lol. pathetic I'm reporting them to BBB after hitting them with bank chargeback fees for sending me wrong item and not keeping their promise to accept returns

Horrible!!!! Do not order from this company!!! Wig was shredding as I was removing from packaging. Not what I ordered. Definitely POOR QUALITY! Poorly made, and definitely a RIP off. Return address nonexistent. Not to mention a horrible odor on wig. It took 2 months to receive this HOT MESS! Don't order from this company!!!

This is the worst company!!! I have been dealing with Jasmine In customer service who refuses to refund or exchange for the right color. She kept giving me an address in China to return. It would cost me $100 in postage!!! This company is definitely a scam! Do not order from this company!!!
