I got my lace front wigs in the mail today and it’s the worst hair I’ve ever had I’ll never shop here again in my lifetime smh I should’ve read the reviews cause the hair looks nothing like the picture or videos.. such a disappointment

I order two wigs from Wigyy.com, the wigs in no way look like the pictures they have on their web site, they do have a return policy, but they will not honor their return policy, they are giving me the run a round about giving me my refund. I agree, this site is a scam, please save your money and order from a legitimate company. I am still trying to get my refund.

I ordered 3 wigs and when I received them none of them were what I ordered. I was so disappointed. One of them was so horribly made, I just couldn't believe this is the professionalism I was receiving. Never again will I order anything from Wiggy.

I ordered a wig and carefully read all the information beforehand. It took forever to arrive and then it wasn't even close to what I ordered.
I sent pics of what I ordered and what I received. They said 'sorry' and they would give a $10 discount on a next purchase and I could keep the awful wig.
I said I wanted the wig I ordered. They said send us your order info, which I did. Then they needed the 'correct' info. It's a total runaround and scam, asking for things that don't exist.
Never, ever order from here! I wish I could post pics here.

No way am I ordering from here again. Total scam! It says they’re from CA, but the garbage is literally still coming from Japan. They look nothing like the pictures. Not even a laced cap! You’re better off going to a Halloween store! Or even a mop from the dollar store!

"Horrible wigs"

Horrible wigs! I am a long time wig wearer and what I received in the mail looked nothing at all like what I ordered. This wig looks worse than something I could get for 10 at Halloween express. Extremely disappointed that I fell for this!

This product doesnt even deserve a rating. This is total BS and I dont know who is writing the revuews raving about this company and product but it is a disgrace. These wigs are total garbage and you should not be allowed to offer them and take peoples money. You got me this time but you will never do it again and I am going to report you to the Better Business Bureau so that you can't scam anyone else. Shame on you and may God Himself deal with you for ribning people of their hard earned money.

"Just go to a party store."

My wigs came today after about two and a half weeks. They arent anything like the videos of pictures, there is no lace front, and they are not quality made wigs. The quality is about the same as a halloween wig. I paid extra for "fullness" and the wig is still about 2 inches long and looks about the same as any other boy wig from Party City. I have reached out about receiving a refund and will be awaiting the reply. The return policy does have a lot of information that insinuates that most likely, you wont get your money back...

"Absolute SCAM"

Absolute SCAM. I ordered a couple of wigs in july. I still have not recieved the wigs. On top of that they did not give me a refund. I disputed with the bank and they got my dispute reversed. At this point they stated they were going to refund me when dispute was closed . And THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO ME. .. DO NOT BUY!!!
