"Excellent customer service, still working out the kinks though"

I have ordered from Wiggy before. I love their products and service, the wigs are a great price and worth the wait. I tried to apply my discount code but it wasn’t applied immediately; however, when I contacted the customer service at Wigyy, they replied within 48 hours and were able to process my discount code promptly and refund the amount of my discount and process my order within a short period of time. I am excited to receive my order!

"The wigs are cute but they don’t always…"

The wigs are cute but they don’t always match the pictures. I ordered a dark brown wig and was sent a light brown almost dirty blonde wig. The nonexistent customer service is pathetic and just kept telling me that the wig I received was what I ordered and only offered a full refund once I threatened to report them to the Better Business Bureau as a scam. Overall I would never shop here again.

"AWFUL"

AWFUL. I spent a good amount of money and bought two wigs. Little did I know, the photos of wigs on their website are stock photos. My wig was made of terrible, cheap synthetic fibers and it looks NOTHING like the photo. Do not trust them.

I ordered my wig November 22nd and can't even get an update on the tracking information. Very frustrating

Good website. Easy to navigate. Easy to checkout. Received quickly. Wig wasn't color I thought it would be but it was still a nice wig. Looks cute.

"Very bad buyer"

Very bad buyer, they didn't refund you easily, that they wrote, rather than they didnt send you your order, they send another chepest one, and didn't refund easy, they told you keep that wig ( the chepest that send) and we will refund you 10$ My order is 65 dolar, and that is my second one and they didn't discount forme( they wrote second purchase have a discount, but not true, I didn't recommend to any one.

"They suck"

They suck. Sent me crap then offered 10$ refund on 150$ order I kept saying no and when it was clear they wouldn't refund me and didn't want the wig back I gave up and gave the wig to my toddler to play with who gave it to the dog to play with. Then weeks later out of the blue said ok u can return it for a refund. This place is a joke!

I ordered three wigs...after a long wait...received two...the third wig never show up and one of the wigs I received was the wrong one. Was very disappointed!

"SCAM company sending out party wigs as real"

The videos in their online ads is ripped from legit makers that sell their wigs for $500 and up. What you actually get is a synthetic "Party store" Halloween type wig that you can buy for $15 TOTAL ripoff and they know it, its a scam

"Is someone putting me on pranked?"

You guys lol is someone putting me on an episode of punked? I’m going through chemo and bought the short blonde wavy bob that’s featured under popular. It came in with HALF solid black hair and then half bleach hair. I put it online and had so many people dying laughing at what a joke it was. It was $100. Then I asked for a refund/return/anything and they said $10? Then never answered me!!!!!! I’m opening a case with my bank. What a trash site. Completely fake photos and items and trash customer service based out of China.
